Punta Garden Pool House

The accommodation is simply amazing. We have been looking for such accommodation for several years and will definitely be back again next year. Everything is just like in the photos. Cozy house with fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two equipped bathrooms including washing machine. Nice terrace with seating and sea view. We spent a lot of time in the pool which is clean with nice warm water. We enjoyed complete tranquility as the accommodation is on a quiet private property, it is a few steps to the sea.
Luka and his mother are lovely. In the accommodation you will feel clean at every step. A great treat was waiting for us on arrival and they prepared a great barbecue dinner before we left. Once again I want to thank Luka and his family very much for a great holiday. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

We loved our stay in the Punta Garden Pool House very much.
Luka and his mother are very friendly hosts. On arrival, the table was set and delicious tapas and homemade wine provided.
The house and swimming pool were very clean and well equipped.
The house is located in a quiet area very close to the sea, but we never visited it because we loved the house and swimming pool so much. Shops and bakery are nearby.
We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back in the future!

The house is really great!
Everything is very new and clean and you really have everything you need.

The pool, the ping pong table and the barbecue lounge - really perfect.

It is also a very short walk to a very nice beach, with bar, pedal boat rental and sandbox.

The owner is totally nice and always there when you need something.

We spent a nice week there! Its an island of happiness. The house is very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and also 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. The pool is wonderful, large enough with about 1,5m depth of continously cleaned water. The house is situated in a very quiet part of the village with no neighbors. The beach is about 50 m far. Luka - the owner was very helpful. Invited us with dinner- never known before ( exept resorts). Fully recomend this place!!!!

Wonderful place to calm down and relax from all the all-day-noise. Supercute house equipped with everything you need and even more:
Beautiful pool and an even better Barbecue.

One of the best things to mention is the kindness and great hospitality: Helpful owners, beside you with tips or even the most tasteful pizza to complete your last evening in Croatia!

I absolutely loved the stay in Punta Garden Pool House!!! The house is beautiful and we loved the pool so much we only visited beach once!! Luka is an excellent host: he treated us like royalties!😀 I'll never look for another accomodation if i come to posedarje in the future.

Loved our stay there! The house was very clean, modern and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. It was also very close to the sea. The hosts were nice and friendly. Would definitely recommend staying there!

Wonderful accommodation, everything clean, beautiful pool, distance about 150m from the beach. The best option in Posedarje.

Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Der Blick von der Terasse auf den See, der fantastische Pool, sowie das durchweg gepflegte Interieur machen das Haus zu eine top Destination. Von der wundervollen Gastfreundlichkeit der Inhaber empfangen zu werden rundet nicht nur das Bild ab, sie machen den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis, das den Wunsch weckt, wiederholt zu werden!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sehr schön :) Die Unterkunft sieht tatsächlich so aus wie auf den Fotos. Auf den ersten Blick wirkt es vor Ort etwas klein, aber im Endeffekt war es genau richtig. Wir sind zu fünft gefahren, einer musste auf dem Ausziehsofa im Wohnzimmer schlafen, aber selbst das war super gemütlich. Ansonsten hat das Haus alles was man braucht, Handtücher, Föhn und eine vollausgestattete Küche. Das gesamte Haus und die Außenanlage inkl Pool sind sehr sauber. Es gibt auf der Terasse einen großen Tisch und auch Ping Pong Spielen ist möglich. Des Weiteren sind direkt daneben keine Nachbarn und man hat somit auch seine Ruhe. In ein paar Schritten ist man am Strand. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr zuvorkommend. Eine klare Empfehlung von mir!

Super mjesto, vrlo čisto, bazen na imanju, na dan dolaska večera je bila pripremljena prvi put kad sam se susreo s takvom ljubaznošću - vlasnik gostoljubivosti lijepo jednom riječju divan čovjek. Sigurno ćemo se vratiti. Hvala vam

Ruhige kleine Oase. Das Haus ist gut durchgedachte, das Poolwasser sehr angenehm und das Pool super sauber. Das Meer ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist gut, Zadar, Insel Pag, Bergen sind schnell erreichbar. Wer für sich sein mag und trotzdem ab und zu Aktion haben, ist hier richtig. Wir waren öfter in Kroatien auch in schöne Unterkünfte aber das Haus ist das erste in dem wir zurück kommen würden. Wir waren dort außerhalb der Hauptsaison.
