First of all, I have to say about the warm and sincere attitude of the waiter ( Božo ) thank him, he took a lot of time for us and answered all our questions patiently. also, I would like to thank the chef, I can confidently say that it was one of the best meals I have eaten in the last 2 years. The portions were so good and the price was very cheap.

On our journey to Zagreb, we stumbled upon Restaurant Antonio, and it turned out to be a delightful find.

The experience began with a warm and gracious host who made us feel very welcome. We decided to try the Spaghetti Bolognese, which turned out to be absolutely delicious, and the Pork Cutlets. Although we initially hesitated about ordering fries due to the fear of overindulgence, the host kindly offered a smaller portion, assuring us that these fries were homemade.

The verdict? The pork cutlets were nothing short of amazing, and the fries were absolutely outstanding. As an unexpected bonus, the host even surprised us with a complimentary cappuccino, which was a delightful touch to end our meal.

We highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Small place that seems popular with the locals. We had dinner here as they were one of the only places open at this time of the year. Food was pretty good, but the real treat was the service and the special liqueur that they make. Our host was extremely attentive and despite being busy he never left us waiting. The cherry liqueur was a special aperitif that he brought out at the end which we ended up buying a bottle of since it was so good! Highly recommend!

Atmosphere was outstanding, very friendly waiter. Service was nice. It wasn't busy, which we liked, but certainly a hidden gem. Price/quality is perfect. Would come again.

We came after the time the kitchen should have been closed but they still offered us to stay. The Beefsteak was very soft and huge. The waiter is also very nice. We got a schnaps in the house. Definitely a place for steak lovers!

Very charming restaurant with helpful staff and delicious food. I highly recommend the whole fish which wasn’t exactly on the menu but which they very kindly arranged for me. Delicious fish and the best fries I’ve had in a long time! Thank you for the meal!

This restaurant was the highlight of our road trip!
It was the beginning of the season and they were only open for a week so there weren’t many people and we had an opportunity to chat to the kind host. The restaurant is family owned and most the products are home made, it really feels they put love into it.
We had a fish platter which consisted of two fishes, squids and scampi with two different side dishes all cooked just right. More than enough for two people. Highly recommend it as it’s really worth it.
Overall a great experience if you’re looking for local and authentic

The staff are extremely friend and the food was simply delicious. Really glad we stopped here for lunch as it’s was an amazing experience. We even got to try some local and homemade rakia.

Verry autentic Croatian restaurant. We had to wait too lot for the dishes, but it worth everything. The waiters are very kindly and heplful. If you go there, you try it!

Great experience having lunch here in the shade outside. The grilled squid and black risotto were delicious. If you are offered home made cherry wine one the house, you should try it!

The waiter was absolutely wonderful in all aspects of our visit, great recommendations for food, a taste of their family’s homemade cherry liquor afterwards, speedy service and we CAN pay with a card.

Super place, very good food, friendly staff, we were last year and came back again, the quality is the same i.e. very high.

Wife and me ordered local dishes. Great food and very generous portions. Good beer and wine to wash them down. But it wasn't the end. After dinner we were offered local liquor on the house.

Best food, an authentic Croatian ambience, the service as always is fantastic! An absolute must to go and have dinner at this restaurant! Quality and price of food is untouchable. We are going there for over twenty years and we never left disappointed. Family friendly as well!
