Bistro Vrapčak & Steak House

A restaurant with a nice atmosphere. I was nicely welcomed by a lovely lady. The food was delicious. And the waitress spoke English, so I breathed a sigh of relief. I travel on business and lunch time is my only moment of respite. Waiters from other places often ask me a lot of unnecessary questions and I feel trapped... In this restaurant it is completely different. The lady is very discreet and sensitive - she knows exactly when we expect "attention". I don't usually write reviews, but this place deserves a good recommendation.
I highly recommend.

Great place for dry aged steaks lovers :)
For those who don’t know, “Bistro Vrapcak & Steakehouse” is known for its great grill, and recently they have become one of the most popular places in Zagreb for lovers of dry aged steaks. They order top quality meat from The M Brothers farm/butcher shop. The steaks are dry aged for 40 days in special chambers. During the ripening process, meat loses water, so dry aged steaks lose up to 40% of their initial weight. This is why Dry Aged steaks are so soft and juicy, but also are more expensive than fresh meat. Regardless of which steak you order, a kilo costs the same. You can also order smaller portions like 300g per person, but I didn’t want people in Vrapcak to think that I am poor :)

They have excellent food and friendly staff... Rustic look of the ambience, spacious terrace, delicious food, pleasant atmosphere will surely leave you breathless. Very clean toalet. Large parking in front of the restaurant. Perfect for family visit or larger group. Highly recommended for everyone. Keep a good job.

Das Steak - auf ungewohnte aber spektakulärer Weise serviert - war schnell am Tisch und war tatsächlich ausgezeichnet.

Günstig ist heutzutage nichts mehr - aber für das was geboten wurde und die Qualität war es in der Tat angemessen.

Für mich gilt das kleine, unscheinbare Lokal tatsächlich als Geheimtipp in Zagreb.

Bei der nächsten Dienstreise werde ich wieder kommen

Hrana vrlo ukusna sa svježim namirnicama. Velike porcije s pristupačnim cijenama. Ugodna i domaća atmosfera. Preporuka svakome tko se želi fino najesti.

Sam ambijent je predivan, usluga je neizmjerno ljubazna, hrana im je odlicna.

Uvijek bi preporučila Bistro Vrapčak. Imaju odličnu hranu i ljubazno osoblje... Rustikalni izgled ambijenta, prostrana terasa, ukusna hrana, ugodna atmosfera sigurno će vas ostaviti bez daha. Veliki parking ispred restorana.

Ako se želite dobro najesti toplo preporučam ovo mjesto. Sve što smo jeli bilo je prefinooo, janjetina, ćevapi, lungić, krumpir... sve je bilo za polizati prste, ali lepinjice mmmm 😃 imaju i odlican izbor domacih aperitiva i vina. Ambijent je jako ugodan, rustikalan, osoblje vrlo ljubazno i usluzno. Cijene pristojne, a parking ispred dosta velik, sigurno dolazimo opet! 😁

Odlična hrana, razumne cijene ljubazno osoblje.
