We spent a night in this marvelously located hotel. We checked-in but bringing a specific and difficult issue to be solved, and we were very much supported by a young lady at the front desk - named Ana- Marija- who was very helpful, courteous and empathic. It was highly appreciated and useful.
Besides , the hotel has really a beautiful charm, rooms are large and confortable. Only the bathrooms are not fully at the same standards of this excellent accomodation. The breakfast buffet is varied and generous.

Just returned from a weeks stay. The staff were extremely good and nothing was too much trouble for them.
I had a fall, on the seafront path, while avoiding a jogger on my 4th day and the staff provided ice for the swelling and a zimmer frame for me to use to help me get about the hotel. They offered to move me to the main building but I declined, preferring to keeping the leg mobile.
The hotel is all it should be, the rooms were clean and well maintained and views from the balconies were stunning.
Would highly recommend the hotel.

Fine hotel right at the beach that is so nice you don't need to go anywhere else. Not far from town, short nice walk. Very nice staff, facilities, rooms. Great breakfast lunch and dinner, rich and with variety.

Hotel room with a full sea view is amazing. Staff are all professional, helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We asked for a kettle and they brought one, our shower was blocked up, and within minutes of us telling reception, someone came to unblock it!
Food is very tasty and there is a good variety at all meal times, only complaint for me personally is the food isn't hot enough.
This place is very relaxing and minutes walk from a small quiet village along the sea front. Also you can get the ferry across to the facing island which is beautiful and worth a visit.
If you are looking for a nice quiet, calm break by the sea, then this is exactly what you want!

It is a wonderfull hotel in peacefull and beautifull pleace.

Great food in restaurant with a lot od fishes and traditonal croatian's dishes made by perfect chef Ivan Nogalo. It is an exceptional to meet chef next to the guest table, checking if everything is perfect. Thank you Anna Maria Augustinovic and Olga Kareva for fast and nice service. Thank you Bakier for your energy and attitude to children.

The menager Bruno Nizic make a great job, he create a great team who are always waiting to help you. All the team create friendly and fantastic athmosfere. Especially Sven Rados who is always smilling and keep his hand on organizations a butifull evenings. We appreciate all your work for us but there is one man irreplaceable - Żeljan Markotic. He understand all your needs without words, with a highest level of personal culture.

Thank you for excellent holliday wchih stay in our minds for a long time, and hope to visit Bellevue Hotel next year.

My second stay at this wonderful seafront hotel. Excellent location about 15 minutes stroll from the town centre. A Good choice for peaceful relaxation . Stunning views from the dining room and terraces.

I stayed in the Casa part of Hotel complex. The room was clean and adequate with a fantastic balcony and seaview. Attentive and friendly staff throughout, reception, restaurant, bar, and housekeeping. Nothing was too much trouble. A special mention for Sven, the restaurant manager, such a polite and friendly man. I was half board, both the breakfast and dinner had excellent choices. Lovely coffee at breakfast time.

I would highly recommend this hotel complex, you won't be disappointed.

We had a fantastic late holiday due to cancellation from Tui, and just as well it did as we have had a great week with our room being fantastic with the views and staff were very professional.
We enjoyed it so much we booked to return in July next year with our friends, we would love to have the same room due to the stunning view. Restaurant and Food were very good and had a lovely outlook when we went for our meals and a drink on the terrace.

We stayed for 6 days, had an absolute blast. I've read plenty of reviews before we went and had some doubts about the place but I can now tell from my own experience that it is absolutely perfect.

The food was amazing, home cooking style, local food with local ingredients and there is something for everyone, not a single day was the lunch or dinner the same (breakfast every day you can eat something different but yes there are eggs available every day). The restaurant can be full on some days but usually going for a quick walk on the beach and coming back in 10 to 15 mins and you're gonna be able to find a table. The staff in the restaurant is super friendly and will help with anything you ask.

The rooms, absolutely fine. I've read some horrible comments for people about things not available or missing kettles and other nonsense. When we arrived we stayed in room 208 for 3 days, stunning view of the sea, pool and islands. Room is excellent, had all the necessities needed. We moved to room 202 after the first few days and it was just as great as the first one. Views, necessities and everything one needs. Beds are super confy and our 3 year old had his own bed with a nice picture of a ship above him which was super exciting to him. Loved it.

The facilities in and around the hotel are up to all standards and clean.
The best part was the kids mini club 'mirami'. Our little one had a blast and the entertainer girls were excellent and we want to thank them above all. They make a vacation a lot easier.

We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and go enjoy a nice holiday without a single worry. Everything from checking in to checking out was 5 stars.

Hope to visit again next year.
Kristijan, Ana and Sebastian.

· The buffet was amazing. My friend and I are vegans, and it is usually difficult to find delicious food for us, but the variety of food suggested was as amazing as one can imagine. The stuff is extremelly friendly and cheerful, they helped us to change the date of our stay, greeted my friend with her b-day, cleaning and changing towels every day.
The beach and water are very clean. The location is easy to find, quite far from the airport (100km from Dubrovnik) but the route to the hotel is so wonderful that you would want to drive 100 more km just to look outside.

Very nice and modern - looking rooms, really clean, and overall nice. Would go again. By the way, as an answer to some of the reviews, for example that "people do not shower before entering the pool". Some of those things are sort of Croatia's nature. They are sort of ignorant of rules in my opinion? Also would love to hear about that "luggage room"? Haven't been in a hotel with that...Not even the 5 star-ones.

We were booked into Hotel Orsan for our holiday only to be told that it was going to be closed, so we were moved to Hotel Bellevue, which in one sense was fortunate as it was at least a 15 minutes walk closer to the town.
We had specifically booked a room with a view and a balcony, so we were anxious that we may not get the same in Bellevue, but as it happened, upon arrival they told us we were upgraded to one of the few detached chalet's that they have. It was like being in a bungalow rather than a hotel room! Complete with a large lounge with a pull-out sofa-bed, a double bedroom with a king-size bed and a medium sized bathroom with a shower. And perhaps most excitingly, a large balcony/terrace that overlooked the sea, offering spectacular views of the small islands dotting the ocean including the beautiful island of Korçula (outlined by turrets and medieval castle walls). It is worth mentioning that the chalets could use some renovation, - everything was clean and serviceable, but none of the facilities wowed us much on the interior, I have been in 4* hotels that felt more luxurious. However when you consider the amount of space we had to ourselves, the large balcony/terrace and the stunning view, we could not want for anything more. It really was beyond any of our expectations!

The hotel itself was equipped with a bar and outdoors swimming pool, so a good portion of our time here was spent sunbathing by the pool (in late October!) drinking Pina coladas and having the occasional swim. As well as relaxing on our large balcony.

Prices were not all reasonable- the cocktails and cakes were fairly priced, but you will get charged a large amount for bits that are not as common, for example I tried to buy teabags and milk at the bar to make tea (using the chalets kettle), and they were quite pricey. You will get charged by the teabag, although this could be avoided if you just pick up the teabags in advance during breakfast. Plus these surplus costs are understandable when you consider how ridiculously cheap it was for us to stay at this hotel. I think it worked out to somewhere around £200 for the both of us to stay for 7 nights!
That is incredible. Especially since the staff were all helpful and friendly (and got us good prices on a trip to Dubrovnik and helped with our airport transfers), our chalet was cleaned every morning (and very efficiently I might add) and the fact that the hotel is situated in one of the most beautiful areas I've ever been to, I cannot bring myself to be negative about it at all. Me and my partner had a terrific time here. It was an amazing experience!

In short if you are looking for an affordable yet nonetheless lovely hotel situated right on the coastline, between white mountains and a sapphire sea, a mere 10 minute walk away from ferries and boats to the numerous little islands, with an extremely peaceful atmosphere and friendly staff, you cannot go wrong with Bellevue. I hope to return some day!

As a lady in her prime travelling on her own, there is always a moment when you worry the hotel you've chosen will not be right. With Hotel Bellevue I definately chose the best. This small boutique hotel is in the best location in Orebic. Situated on a small pebble beach (don't forget your aqua shoes) clear blue sea and quiet, yes quiet. The hotel staff are lovely and nothing is to much trouble. The room (see view) is clean and spacious, double bed, none of this single end of corridor silliness. Good food . Having travelled around the world and stayed at 5 star luxury, I have to stay this has been one of my favourite and enjoyable short haul trips. WELL DONE TO ALL! P.S. don't be put off by the long transfer. The route scenery is wonderful and the time passes quickly.

Staued here for 10 days in one of the white blocks. Rooms average and basic with shower and toilet. Good amount of space in room also. This was good for us as we were out most days. Seaviews from balcony are worth it though and views of moutains when you leave room aswel. Beach literally 1 minute away if that. Within 10 minutes of pedestrian and car ferrys to Korcula (12 and 13 kuna each) Hotel has excursions to Dubrovnik, Mustar, Ston and various vineuards and fishfarms which are very cheap. Most syaff are young and seem nice. Food is like any hotel these days bit repetive after 10 days but good quality food. Special mention to the tall short haired receptionist who greeted us when we arrived. Was patient and really helpful and a assest to Bellvue. Defo would stay here again.

Spacious rooms, nice views to Korcula island from the outside terrace. Half board is reasonable. Check out is a bit slow so allow a bit of time. Would stay again.
