Very disappointed. I ordered a flower box for my mother's birthday, she's not home, but at seaside, and i wanted to suprise her with a nice bouquet. Shown them a photo (from their own fb page) and said that's what i wanted. They said ok, and tomorrow, my mother sends photos (happy ofc) but the bouquet is half the size of what i ordered and paid for! When i asked them about it, they started telling me that every flower box is different, and that there must have been a miscommunication. Yeah. You charged me 50 eur for a box that you normally charge 30eur, just because i wasn't there and you had the chance to fool someone.
