Food was very good, service very nice and professional but also very personal. Location and the view is fantastic. We had some fiah antipasti and octopus under peka and everything was good. But be aware of high prices. It is a high price restaurant with quality ingredients.
We also slept in their apartments and they were perfect for us. But also expensive

This place is an absolute dream! The food is delicious and beautifully presented and the owner and his family make you feel appriciated and welcomed. Great coffee and breakfast with stunning view.
Strongly recommend to make a reservation before your arrival and let the staff pamper you!

Unfortunately I can’t put 7 stars or 10. This place is the “must to be” in Croatia. Amazing staff, food and location. We enjoyed our stay in Stermasi. Everything was stunning. Thanks a lot!

The best restorant at this part of Mljet. Food is perfect. Service at the highest level. You will enjoy with host Adrijan and other Stermasi family members. Strongly recommended.

The restaurant serves excellent traditional Croatian food. The waitresses speak German as well and are nice hosts. The exclusiveness reflects in the price and in the beautiful scenery visible from the veranda.

Fantastic experience. Great food, wine and service! Location is also great! There are also some good mooring buoys just off the dock.

Best food and service on island Mljet. Amount of effort hosts make is above any other on island. Ingredients are fresh, local, organic and food is exquisite. I will come again.

Outstanding and stunning view on the ocean, you should definitly go there and try the "sea urchin" pasta, amazing!

The Service is top class and you should always trust and follow Adrian's Tipps in regards to wine and daily menu, he will make the stay and experience you will not forget so easily.

And note for the skippers, there are few buoys in the bay as well as beautiful places for ancoring

Only reason I gave this a 5 is because there aren’t 7 stars. This was one of my favorite dining experiences of my life. The food was the best on the island, absolutely no competition. Because we came at the end of the season, the didn’t have everything on the menu, but everything we tried was perfection. Their pasta was as good as any I have tried in Italy. The waiter was the owner, bald guy with glasses, and he was truly one of the best waiters I’ve ever had. Personable, knowledgable, kind, passionate, and brilliant with food. He suggested the perfect wine pairings, the best thing for us to eat considering our preferences, and incredibly attentive. He was about to close and stayed open for my wife and I.
One of the things we ordered were the muscles. He brought them to the table and they looked magnificent. After opening the pot, it smelled delicious. But he said he noticed the smell was a bit off (I didn’t notice at all). He took it back to the kitchen and came back two minutes later saying that he thinks just one of the muscles were bad, but we wasn’t willing to risk giving them to us. That’s a class act if you ask me. He supplemented with a whole squid that was the best I’ve ever eaten. I am from NYC and I really love good food, so when I say this was off the charts, I mean it. I took lots of photos, but unfortunately they are not uploading, so you’ll just have to go see for yourself!

A lovely family run restaurant with a great view. The food was delicious! They source 80% of their fish, food and ingredients from the Island and water surrounding. We had a great dining experience!

We had dinner 2 evenings there. Everything was delicious , fresh, home made and amazing view on the sea ! A bit expensive but like everywhere in Croatia, that means that here at least you spend a great time and it’s worth the price thanks to the quality of food and service compare to most of other restaurants where mediocrity and high prices are the rule.

Brilliant food, amazing view, very good staff. It's a bit pricey even by tourist standards and you absolutely have to reserve as they don't have much capacity. But it's worth it.

This was undoubtedly the best experience the whole time we spent on Mljet. Food was excellent - local ingredients, fresh and delicious, but it was the atmosphere that won my heart. The owner is so passionate about the food and wine he's serving, and he really makes you feel like you're not just another guest who comes and goes. He takes the time and attention as if he were hosting you at his own home, while keeping the highest level of professionalism, and making sure the whole team does as well. I loved the anecdotes and stories he shared with us.
It's a unique combination that would be worth every penny, but the prices are less than what you could expect!
It's also worth mentioning that the restaurant is beautifully located, far from crowds and noise, hidden in a garden above the sea, where you can really rest and enjoy your time.
I could not recommend this place enough!

Beautiful place, almost like paradise! Top quality home made food, sea specialties straight from the sea that is right next to the facility, private entrance into the sea. And not to mention all the staff... So as family Stërmasi that are all very kind, helpful and generous hosts! I will come back for sure! ✌🏼🙂

Definitely one of the best restaurants! Atmosphere is very comfortable, perfect for a romantic dinner overlooking the sea and pine trees. Food is extremely delicious and wine pairing is excellent! Adriano is very professional, polite and friendly. All of his family is putting a lot of effort into the restaurant which is very beautiful to see. High quality ingredients and meals are created here. I gladly keep coming back every year and I'm always amazed. ❤
