Wonderful Island in Croatia, not too touristy compared to other parts of Croatia, but its getting there (sadly). Beautiful clear water and pretty old cities.

A beautiful island with beautiful scenery, a lot of fun and entertaining activity possibilities. The people are really kind and respectful. The overall island is really rocky, so if your planning on going to the beach bring water shoes, otherwise your legs will hurt.Im most places we visited we were let in with our dog, and most people were really respectful with even the dog, giving it water, making sure not to step on it etc... What really caught our eye is that there were a lot of "wild animals", mainly goats and sheep, which added a really nice touch to our holiday. I recommend this place for people who prefer more natural, not modernized beaches, cities and villages, however, in case you are coming during summer/early summer be ready for the constant noise of the constant noise of the chicada bugs, after a while it can get quite annoying since they make noise 24/24, 7/7, it's not a big factor but it can get a little irritating at times. Otherwise the general experience was amazing!!!

It's beautiful island, you can get there by ferry from the island Krk and from the peninsula Istra. Islands of Cres and Lošinj are connected. I recommend it to everyone who likes peace and quiet and crystal clear sea. 😊👍🏖

If you are up to fresh air, long walks, clean sea, lovely welcoming atmosphere Lošinj Island is definitely a good place to stay.

About Osor
Village in Croatia

Osor is a village and a small port on the Croatian island of Cres, in Primorje-Gorski Kotar. Administratively, it is part of the town of Mali Lošinj. As of 2021, it had a population 26. Osor lies at a narrow channel that separates the islands of Cres and Lošinj. The channel was built in Roman times to make sailing possible. Now the islands are connected with a rotating bridge. Originally, Cres and Lošinj were one island, Osor, before the channel was cut. source
