Ante was fantastic, very friendly and made it a great experience. The Grk is super nice, from this local family winery. Lovely experience!

We had an amazing time at this winery! There was a great tour from Ante about the wine making process for free - and then a tasting menu of the wine along with delicious food; all on a beautiful terrace with a view.
Reasonable prices and the most incredible wines. I couldn't recommend it enough

We had such a good experience at Lovric Winery thanks to Ante!

He is a great guy full of knowledge and is obviously very passionate about his craft. We sat and chatted about life and all things wine for a couple of hours and got a real insight into life on Korčula and wine harvesting!

We definitely recommend travelling to Korčula just for this experience!

Very good wines! We've tasted other wineries' wines from this region (Grk, Plavac and rose) and preferred Lovric. Nice atmosphere and we got to see the inside of the winer too. Bought some wines for home.

This was one of the best finds on our trip. Smaller, family owned and operated winery gave the experience a more personal touch. Ante was very knowledgeable as he has been working there his whole life. We got a private tour, some great wine and food samples, and even got to cork and label the bottles that we wound up buying to bring home and add to our collection. If you have a chance to make the trip over to Lovric Winery I highly suggest you add it to your trip!

Amazing winery, very polite and open owners; we had a really nice chat with the owner’s son. The wines are incredibly good, especially the red. It has a touch of cherries - love it

Superb place with delightful wines and a fantastic view. Very knowledgeable gentleman gave us the full rundown on the family vineyard and their various types of wine. Thoroughly enjoyed the tasting and bought a couple of bottles. Highly recommended.

It is true that Grk is delicious wine, but Lovrić makes it better than any other place we have tried! This winery is adorable, the staff is friendly & knowledgable, and we truly enjoyed our visit. Can’t wait to visit again next time we are in Croatia!

My visit to Lovrić Winery was an unforgettable experience in a small family-owned winemaking operation, where I got to enjoy local wines and traditional tours on request. This authentic destination provided me with a unique opportunity to delve into the rich wine heritage with welcoming and passionate hosts.

Small winery but the owner his son showed us the winery and could explain really well the process and the his knowledge of the wine! Only 10 seats available, we went during the low season so we could immediately start, but I assume during high season you might want to reserve or might have to wait 10-15 min which is worth it :)

Great small family winery only a couple of thousand bottles but great wines. Grk is special but Plavac also excellent. Great hospitality very accommodating when visiting with our child would recommend.

Had an amazing time there! The owner explained how the wine is made and then while we tasted the gold medaled grk he talked about the winery history and answered our questions.
It is a small family owned business with quality prodycts, I definitely recommend to stop by!

Great place. We emailed the night before and they said just come along. We were greeted by one of the owners who gave us an overview of the process and some of the history, before we tried their wines. 35 kuna to try both wines, bargain. You can pay more to have some meats and cheeses, but we had just eaten. The wines were great. Wish we could have taken more in our luggage!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Lovrić Winery during my trip to the enchanting island of Korčula, Croatia, and I can confidently say that it was an experience that left a lasting impression. Situated in the picturesque village of Lumbarda, this small family-owned winery truly embodies the essence of tradition, passion, and exceptional craftsmanship.

From the moment I stepped onto the property, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and a sense of familiarity, as if I were visiting old friends. The Lovrić family's dedication to their craft and their long-standing winemaking heritage is evident in every aspect of the winery.

What truly sets Lovrić Winery apart are their two premium wines – the white wine Grk and the red wine Plavac. The Grk wine is an absolute delight for the senses. Its delicate aroma and crisp, refreshing taste capture the essence of the island's terroir. I found myself savoring every sip, each revealing a new layer of flavors that danced on my palate.

Equally impressive was the Plavac, a red wine that exudes richness and depth. It's a testament to the family's mastery of winemaking, as the wine strikes a perfect balance between boldness and elegance. I enjoyed learning about the distinct characteristics of each wine during the tasting session – it was clear that every bottle holds a story that spans generations.

During my visit, the Lovrić family took the time to share their knowledge and passion for winemaking, making the experience even more meaningful. Their genuine enthusiasm was contagious, and I left with a newfound appreciation for the artistry that goes into producing exceptional wines.

For anyone visiting Korčula, a trip to Lovrić Winery is an absolute must. Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or simply looking to enjoy the beauty of Croatian viticulture, this winery offers an authentic and enriching experience. I am truly grateful to have stumbled upon this charming gem in Lumbarda, and I wholeheartedly recommend Lovrić Winery to anyone seeking an unforgettable wine tasting journey rooted in tradition and family heritage.

The best thing to do on the island. We turned up without booking and they were understandably full, but was still offered a place to sit and rest, have some water and toilet break etc. Then managed to find time to talk to us about the wines and ended up tasting them anyway while in the middle of hosting. A fantastic host and would recommend to anyone.

Very nice local winery with delicious wine. Ante gave us a great introduction to the wine making process. Also a family/kids friendly place - it was no problem bringing our 9 months old daughter.

Great food, even better wine and the best host, Ante!

The tour was awesome and we learned pretty much everything what goes into winemaking - from manufacturing to production. 😄

Could not recommend this place enough :-)

Big thumbs up to Ante - gave a great tour and was clearly very passionate about the wine (tasted great). If cycling best to follow the road around rather than the 50m sign (loads of steps).
