Lovely bar in Pula, right next to the historic archway. Great place to sit and have a drink whilst watching the world go by.

I was alone in Pula on a Sunday evening (12/5/19)... I was searching for a café bar where I could enjoy a glass of wine without feeling too awkward...my knowledge of Croatian only extended to hvala! I found this lovely little 'caffe bar' & braved it. The hosts made me feel very welcome & helped me out by speaking with me in fluent English. I stayed for a couple of hours, enjoyed gorgeous Croatian wine & complimentary snacks. I'd definitely go back, again & again. Thanks for making me feel welcome :)

Very busy bar in a nice spot. They only had one waiter on who was working as hard as he possibly could. So respect to him. Is a nice bar

Located in the very center of old town in Pula city ,near the Arch of the Serghi . In front of the entrance is statue of James Joyce , Irish writer who lived in this building where is now caffe bar Uliks. This unique Caffe Bar have a long tradition and is very popular , especially among young population . They make very good esspresso , also good selection of whisky and other destilates , beers ....
At the spring and summer you can enjoy in your drink at the terrace where you can feel the wind , and for that there is not so hot at the summer on this terrace like at the other places. I highly recommend this cafee bar.
