Great location, very central. It's mostly visited by the usual standard locals.
Booze is at reasonable prices, there's often a very lively atmosphere and even longer at night, on weekends besides music they sometimes offer performance programs.
It's an old fashioned, City of Pula experience, recommended.

Best place to grab drinks in Pula! Everybody speaks English and super friendly. You definitely need to try their variety of rakija. The owner is a great guy, you can have drinks outside. And ladies, they have toilet paper and it’s super clean and smells amazing!!!

Best place in town, the owner is so friendly you won’t be able to get away without some amazing local advice or shots.

Cool place with great coffee in the city center. The waiters and waitresses were commited to great service and were very friendly!

A pleasant small cafe in the center of Pula where you can enjoy excellent coffee, a rich selection of good beers or other drinks. The music is good, which can really be enjoyed. That is why the visitors of this bar are normal and ok people. It also offers extremely tasty brandy, I personally recommend Biska or Teranino. The interior design is reminiscent of a train and there is always a relaxed atmosphere. The waiters are always very kind. During the daytime Scandal Express bar works as a caffe bar but periodically - during the weekends there has been held concerts and live acts too.
Definitely worth a visit.

Cool place, cooler staff with the coolest boss as alternative for commercial clubs. Extremely pet friendly. Coming here for years, and will keep coming in years to come. Cool people are hanging here. Cool prices. 5 🌟 cause it's my place in my town n I love it. Come and bring some cool vibe and on farewell you'll definitely have more cool vibe to take-away

One of the few places in Pula that holds it's tradition and authenticity. Cozy place which resembles the inside of a train wagon will let you feel the spirit of Pula with it's regular customers and pleasant staff members.

Bardzo przyjemny, undergroundowy, punkowy bar. Świetna selekcja muzyczna. Głównie klasyki, ale nie tylko. Raczej mało elektronicznie, ale i tak wspaniale. Ceny bardzo przystępne. Jak tam byłem brakowało mi tylko wygodnego ogródka! Nie znalazłem lepszego baru w Puli. Polecam ^^
