this must be THE most amazing of Croatian caves; definitely much more impressive then the blue cave further down south; large, spacious, with just enough light coming through the ceiling and very narrow passage before the main cavern - pure bliss; world class level 😍😍🏆

Very nice place to visit!
I would recommend taking your fins, goggles and snorkel and swomming over there. On the way there you can go to the dragons eye, which you can‘t do when you take a kayak. It is a bit exhausting swimming there, but take your time and enjoy the view while swimming.

You should be there rather early, because it can get quite crowded in the cave or at the beach.

One of many nature's wonder. Depending the season, worth waiting till the sun light shines into the cave through the eye (end July at approx. 12-13 o'clock). Accessible from the sea only with cayak, sup or swiming. If you want to preserve the nature, don't enter with the boat. A lot of visitors and can be quite crowded. If you wish to awoid the crowd, come at 9:30. No entry fee:)

Beautiful sea cave that is easy and safe to swim to. Climbing to the rock inside the cave can be a bit dangerours as they rocks are very slippery. Take a waterproof camera with you!

You can walk to the dragons eye cave from road going to brbinjšćica bay, there is a small path through the woods and it leads to the dragons eye cave. If you have snorkels it makes a lot more sense, as the really deep hole in the sea you see amazing sites. You can then walk from the limestone cliffs to the golubinka sea cave for a view, people also climbed in the water from there and swam in the golubinka cave. Lots of people swam there from the cliffs, you can go into the cave and swim all the way through. Unforgettable experience x absolutely beautiful. We kayaked from brbinjšćica bay because we love kayaking, the man there sells affordable prices 25€ for 2 person kayak very good, he is nice, but there is no signal at the bay so he won't always be available to contact. We tried to kayak before but he said it is too windy.

Simply stunning. I took a paddleboard and 4 kids/teens (all good swimmers) from the beach and it was quite a swim. Water is very calm, warm and easy going though it still took 45 mins. The cave reward was awesome, with dragons eye and a bit of low cliff jumping on the swim back, a fantastic way to spend the morning.

Amazing sea cave, you can go there using the kayak in 15 minutes from the beach. Absolutely fantastic!

The cave is very beautiful and unique but it is very dangerous to visit it without an experienced guide due to often strong winds and ocean currents as well as sharp rocks in the cave entrance. I don't recommend going to the bay by car as it is impossible to avoid cars going from the opposite side!

The cave is beautiful, definetly worth visiting, but the road is really narrow and full of cars, there is no place to park on the beach, and if you don't arrive early enough the cave is crowded with people, also entering the cave can be tricky if there is even a little wind, since the entrance is really narrow on some parts. I would recommend visiting with one of guided tours, there are several agencies offering those. In that way you don't need to bother with traffic and safety precautions that much.

Great place, but I highly recommend coming in the first part of the day, because later as the tide gets high around 3-4 PM, the waves in the entrance are very high and it is quite scary to enter and get around the cave. You can access by a kayak, paddle board or walk. Kayaks - there are random guys on the beach with kayaks, but honestly it aay difficult to rent as there were many ppl who wanted it, a big group and we ended up waiting for a long time so we just decided to walk. It is difficult to reserve a kayak beforehand only with companies coming from Zadar. In the end we decided to walk - there are 2 options - walk along the water and later after you pass the Dragon’s cave jump into the water and swim OR walk on the driveway towards the Dragon’s eye (better and safer option) and later swim or walk even closer to the cave. Def worth it but not an easy swim or walk.

Beatiful sea cave, deep with a narrow entrance which can be tricky to navigate during the swell

Absolutely amazing, rent a kayak or a paddle board and explore this amazing sea cave. We started from Veli Zal and it is about 5km by kayak, amazing day, amazing place!

The best way to fully experience the cave is to swim in it with snorkeling equipment. It is a bit difficult to find a spot to get in and out of the sea..but it is worth it.

The place you must see when you are on Long Island. Unique experience. You can come by boat and swim in, or by foot, jump off the clif and swim in or enter by the kayak.

Snorkling in a sea cave, on the west side of the island Dugi Otok. Wonderful experience.
