Villa 21-23

Awesome apartments right near the beach! Robert was great and provided everything we needed. The apartment is stocked more like an Airbnb rather than a hotel. Stopped at the local grocery store for some ground coffee and juices. Plenty of room and a fantastic view!

Absolutely delighted to stay here and to meet host Robert and family. They made us very welcome and cared for all our needs and waited up to greet us when our flight was delayed. For comfort and style and view and access this is the perfect place in Okrug Gornji. If I could give it 10 stars I would ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We spent 1 gorgeous week in Villa 23 and everything was totally behind our expectations. The apartment looks very modern, clean, cosy and spacious, kitchen very well equipped. The host is a very nice person, helpful and responded quickly during our stay and gave good recommendations for restaurants (we totally liked Mirkec :) Bars, beach, supermarket within 1-2 mins of walk, but no disturbing noise from bars in the night.

My friends and me visited Croatia this summer and we stayed at villa 23. The Host Robert is very kindly. He showed us some nice places to eat some delicious Food and was very helpful if we had any further questions. The Apartment was super comfortable and clean. It is located right next to a supermarket and 2 min walking distance to the beach. All in all it was a really enjoyable stay and i would definitely recommend Villa 21-23!!

Wir hatten im Juni 2022 einen super schönen Urlaub in der Villa 23 / Apartment 6. Robert ist ein super Gastgeber, steht bei allen auftretenden Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Aussicht ist natürlich auch sehr schön. Das gesamte Anwesen ist sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Der Pool ist spitze und es werden täglich frische Pool Handtücher ausgelegt. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder zu euch. Danke Thomas & Sandra

Spędziłem 10 dni w apartamencie na parterze Villa 21. Sam obiekt jest nowoczesny i wyposażony we wszelkie udogodnienia. Wnętrza są gustownie wykończone i czyste. Obsługa jest bardzo miła - każda prośbą gości jest spełnia w ciągu kilku chwil. Wokół obiektu jest czysto, w basenie jest czysta woda, ręczniki kąpielowe i basenowe są regularnie wymieniane.
Obiekt położony jest blisko plaży. Sama plaża jest w sezonie zatłoczona i głośna. 3 min pieszo od obiektu znajdują się: piekarnia, market i restauracje.
Villa 21 jako miejsce do mieszkania w trakcie wakacji oceniam 5/5.

Super Apartments 🤩 mit toller Ausstattung (von Spülmaschine über Waschraum ist alles vorhanden). Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber 🫶. Mit Parkplatz und Grillbereich. Tolle Liegen am Pool 👍🏻
Alles ist fussläufig erreichbar, sehr praktisch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt vor der Tür. Mit der Fähre kann man öfter in der Stunde nach Trogir rüber fahren 30 kuna für Erwachsene und 20 kuna für Kinder.

Hier passt einfach alles :-)
Die Apartments sind top modern ausgestattet und super sauber. Der Vermieter kümmert sich um jegliche Anliegen und ist zu jeder Zeit ansprechbar. Top !!! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Lastnik zelo prijazen, pomagal mi je tudi pri težavi z avtom, lahko smo pustili prtljago tudi takrat, ko smo mogli ven iz apartmaja, dokler nisem dobil avta. V glavnem vse odlično. Toplo priporočam.

Modern place to stay. Nice owners. Clean and comofrt. Good wifi. Beach and grocery store 2 min away.

Uuden karhea ja moderni majoituspaikka. Ensimmäinen kausi 2019. Kahdessa rakennuksessa yhteensä 12 eri asuntoa. Omistajat todella mukavia, olivat vastassa kun saavuttiin kohteeseen. Huone saatiin kello 12 vaikka emme olleet sitä erikseen pyytäneet (luvattu kello 16). Toimiva wifi. Vahva suositus.

Я полагаю это одни из лучших аппартаментов в округе, исполненые в современном стиле. Удачное расположение недалеко от общественного пляжа, кафе и магазинов, а так же приветливые и отзывчивые хозяева.
