Loved it, they got a new guy and he has taken the time to try to understand my problem (which is still a pretty complicated and isolated tech issue) and he helped me the best he could while giving valuable insights. It's the third time I go to Links, the second time I had a defective product, they changed it, no problem. Proposed a refund or replacement as long as the product is intact within it's original packaging. I will be going again as I bought a couple of product but one is the wrong version (my bad) and will get a refund this time. Highly recommend, their prices are good for Croatia since it's quite possible expensive to import tech products here. Keep doing great !

The quintessential IT gear store in Croatia. They have everything from PC parts, laptops, phones, drones, cables - you name it. It's situated in a walking walking distance from the city center (it takes approximately 5 minutes to get there), however there are no designated parking spots. The staff in this particular branch (Rijeka) is extremely friendly, helpful and professional.
