Na Sušaku

A hidden pace on the top of Rijeka city hill side. Big spacious outside terrace, great for family time. The menu has to offer all kinds of grill dishes, also including a lunch offer. Amazing staff and really professional. Loved the food and service. RECOMMEND ro visit. ❤🤤🤤🤤

I've been here twice. The first time I ate grilled chicken with tomato sauce and rice. I thought it was perfect (especially the tomato sauce - I've never had better), but when the second time I had spaghetti with vegetables, I fell in love even more. The dishes are huge, I didn't finish any of them. They are also perfectly warm.

Edit: A week after the second visit I went to the restaurant again and probably there was a different chef. Unfortunately! I took grilled chicken with tomato sauce and rice again. The sauce, in which I fell in love earlier, this time was unseasoned, out of taste. The chicken was also unseasoned. Moreover I found a black hair in the rice (in the middle). I'm sooo disappointed :(

One thing that stood up immediately: large food portions for very reasonable price. Food was very tasty, staff was polite and fast. Best buy if you are looking for place to eat near Rijeka.

I don't even know where to start. Friend of mine told me about this place, he is local so I decided to try it. I fell in LOVE with it. Located on the calm street, no noise or trafic jams. "Na Sušaku" is cute/romantic looking place with amazing food and lovely helpfull stuff. Prices are affordable and portions are nice. Make sure to leave space for a dessert, cakes are to die for. I have visited Rijeka several times only to eat there, you know that food is good when it is worth driving to dinner from Zagreb!

Excellent service, really tasty food (homemade gnocchi are a must), moderate middle range prices, tasty chocolate cake. A really cozy and pleasant experience.

We were here when we had our vacation in Rijeka around the end of April this year.
I can say with confidence that we had the best Cevapcici that we ever ate.
We ordered both normal Cevapcici as well as the horsemen's Cevapcici.
Especially the latter ones were superb.

I have also ordered Palacinka with chocolate ad dessert. It also tasted great.
I will come again as soon as we are visiting Rijeka once more!

Amazing local place that’s been there for decades, always consistent in quality of food and service, plus very generous portions. Everything from the grill is a sure shoot, pastas and gnocchis are amazing too. Highly recommended.

We stayed in the apartments because our originally booked Airbnb somehow was unavailable. But we did not regret it! The owners are some of the nicest people we have met in Coratia so far and the apartment was clean, had really nice furnishing and equipment. We ate twice in the restaurant (pasta and steak), both had a really fair price and were absolutely delicious! We recommend the restaurant and the apartment at any time!

Oh! My! God! So good! Make sure to save room for dessert! We found the ambiance to be very charming. The waiter did an excellent job. Everything I tried was bursting with flavor. I'm definitely coming back for more.
