My favorite restaurant in town, half of the menu is vegan. It’s a great option to go with meat eaters as well. The sizes of the dishes are quite big you can even share. Their vegan food is great and varied.

Great food, awesome juices, cool beers, nice and quiet environment. Best restaurant I've visited in Tegucigalpa. The waitress is kind but she could be more efficient, she has room to learn and grow and this would be a really 5 stars restaurant.

We went all vegan on our first order with the chickpeas curry and the vegan brownie! What a dish! The team is very kind and attentive.

What an unexpected and delightful surprise— vegan food in Tegucigalpa! First, the vibe of this restaurant is so laid-back; there are hammock chairs strung from the ceiling so that you can kick it while you sip on some artisanal beer or a home-made fruit or green smoothie. I got the green smoothie and my daughter got the watermelon-lime; they were both amazing, no need to add any sugar. I would highly recommend starting off with the eggplant ceviche. My meat-eater husband thought it tasted like shrimp-ceviche and we all absolutely loved it. Two of my party got meat dishes and were very pleased with the taste, serving size, and presentation. My daughter and I both got veggie dishes (cauliflower tacos and tofu stir-fry) and were so pleased with the food. We rounded out the meal with chocolate avocado mousse (to die for) and a vegan brownie (the most moist and delicious brownie ever). I look forward to returning to this restaurant and will be recommending it to my friends as they travel to Tegu. The proprietors were so friendly and even did us the favor of calling us a taxi. The restaurant has some nice views too from their covered deck. Such a treasure in Tegucigalpa, and what a nice change of pace to get fresh, healthy, vegetarian food.

Albedrío es un lugar especial. Su menú es variado y creativo. Ofrece comidas veganas, vegetarianas y carnívoras. La selección es amplia, desde sándwiches y hamburguesas vegetarianas hasta ensaladas originales hasta platos sanos de res y pollo. El ambiente adentro es muy agradable. El estacionamiento es limitado, pero se puede algunos se suben en la grama para estacionarse. Albedrío es muy recomendado para ambos los vegetarianos y los carnívoros. / Albedrío is a special place. Their menu is varied and creative. It offers vegan, vegetarian and carnivorous meals. The selection is vast, from sandwiches and veggie burgers to original salads to healthy beef and chicken dishes. The atmosphere inside is very nice. Parking is limited, but some go up on the grass outside to park. Albedrío is highly recommended for both vegetarians and meat eaters.

Al fin comida vegetariana y vegana hecha como debe ser 😀.
Hemos probado coliflower wings, tofu ribs, seitan fingers con honey mustard (favorito de los niños), ceviche de hongos, spring rolls con salsa de maracuya 😋, hamburguesas. De verdad todo delicioso.

Tambien nos encanta que hay opciones para carnívoros, asi que pudimos ir con amigos que no eran veganos (aunque al llegar la mitad pidieron vegano 🤣).

Y si es cierto, son un poco lentos, pero al ser todo hecho en el momento compensa 😉

Aquí tienen muchas opciones tanto vegetarianas, veganas o con carne. Sus platillos están preparados de manera cuidadosa y su sabor es delicioso. Te atienden en el restaurante con amabilidad, también puedes hacer pedidos a domicilio.

Me encantó el lugar, exquisita comida y postres, súper recomendado, los nichos, y los roles Asiáticos lluvia de sabores, también tienen variedad para vegetarianos

Opción de menú variado con 50% vegano/ vegetariano y 50% tradicional, muy rico ambos. Buena atención y lugar tranquilo
Lo único es que el parqueo es complicado, pero le ayudan.
