I have worked with Enlaces for 10 years. Love the service, honest. I have worked with Johnathan, Saul and Ronny all. I just bought a new lap top in the US and brought it down so that they could do the transfer for me from my old lap top to the new one. I did not trust anyone in the US to do it.

These guys were super honest in attempting to fix my computer. The first place I went to charged too.much without repairing anything and took it to these guys and they were very up front and didn't charge me anything for the attempt to fix it. Unfortunately my computer was able.to be repaired but they did everything they could!

My headphone jack broke off in my phone. Took less then 5 minutes and he had it out. Price was stupid low. Thanks again!

they gave me the wrong information on my external hard drive I had to wait for at least an hour to give me the correct info, then they forget my music, now screen not working exchange for hard drive for leaving mac laptop, hard drive will stay with me.

Took them an induction cooktop and the control board to a ventilation fan that both needed repairs. After an entire month of extremely poor communication, unanswered questions, and half answered WhatsApp messages, I paid Q150 to get my things back unfixed. The fan doesn't even look like they actually took it apart to test it. In the meantime, I've literally just been sitting here waiting, burning money and the import permit on my van, not exploring the country, because these guys couldn't perform basic customer service.
Like, they didn't even message me when they knew that I was actively sitting in their store, waiting for them to do so. We had just gotten off of the phone. THEIR PHONE IN THE STORE, and I still couldn't even get a complete text out of them.

In response to the owner's response: This was a customer service failure. Clear, honest, timely communication would have resulted in a happy, grateful customer, regardless of whether the items were repaired successfully.
Repeatedly stringing a customer along for a month, failing to communicate, and disappearing mid conversation while the customer sits and waits for 40 minutes in your store for a reply results in an angry, disappointed customer. That last message *still* has not received a reply.

Deflecting responsibility with an attempted guilt trip shows poor character, and reinforces my opinion. This transaction was never entered into as any kind of favor. I asked if this was work you did, you said yes and accepted it without any statement otherwise.

Make an effort to own your mistake and my opinion will change.
