Antiguas Gym

In town for a week and worked out at Antiguas Gym. Open floor setup provided plenty of room and there were plenty of machines and free weights (up to 100lb dumbbells). Great gym for a weightlifter and extra points for being one of the few gyms with a pullover machine. The hammer strength dip machine is also one of my favorites.

Day pass is very affordable - 35GTQ - and plenty of protein drinks and snacks available for purchase. Went early in the morning and there were only a few people there. Gets busier towards 8am.

Great gym, spacious, lots of equipment, clean and good vibes.

Unique and cool gym in the heart of Antigua. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available. Can get a little busy at times. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly getting set up.

With leg presses, squat racks, benches, free weights, plate-loaded, traditional machines, and cables, this gym has all you need for a good lift.

Really nice people, Q35 for a day pass and there's so many machines/areas that it's well worth it, even has machines I've not seen before in london. Also has purified water and WiFi. Definitely recommend.

An awesome spot! Great variety of well maintained machines, decent free weight selection. Wish there were more squat racks (there are two assisted / smith, only one "normal"). Good value for money, 35Q day entry and 125Q week pass.

Very nice gym, day entry is 35 Q and they also have protein shakes and merchandise. There’s enough equipment and it was not so busy that you had to wait to use something.

Antiguas Gym is *complete*.

It's spacious, it has terrific hours, and the price is reasonable, if not downright cheap.

One of the best gyms I've encountered in my travels, and I've been to a lot.

My wife and I try to find a gym in every city we travel so we can stay in shape. This gym had all the equipment, different rooms and a great Atmosphere. Really affordable for a day or weekly pass. We are going back tomorrow.

For only Q35 for a day pass, Antigua's Gym is a great gym. It has a large studio space in the centre, plenty of weights, cardio equipment and machines, along with classes if you fancy it. The staff at the desk are always welcoming and helpful too. I enjoyed my time working out here.

Great gym! It has a great range of machines and free weights. It could use a few more kettlebells, but it isn't a deal breaker! Location is also great and my walk there often serves as part of my warm up! Reasonably priced!

The gym has a great atmosphere with so much diverse equipment. Highly recommend.

Solid gym that has a 35Q per day rate.

This is a very good, hard working gym… well equipped for free weight and machine based training, you can get a great workout in here.. staff take time to keep things in orders, so you’re not running around looking for stuff or tripping over things… changing room with showers + cubicles in the gym for your stuff. Nice staff, nice people in general… good mix of locals & foreigners, male & female. 110Q weekly rate… not crowded midday… really a easy set up so you can focus on your training.. would easily recommend to other travelers

Nice clean well equipped gym. 35 Q a day. Friendly welcoming staff. It’s a huge Gym inside . They sell kambucha, energy drinks, protein bars, also fresh eggs 😅

So glad this place was here. Plenty of treadmills and cardio equip, etc. Not much room for stretching, but bright, clean, and hot showers.
