IRTRA Retalhuleu

Great theme park for the family. The water park is great, as well. The cost is about $13 per person (didn't check the cost for children [since a family member of mine has the Irtra member's card] we went in for free). Cost for the food (breakfast $5-$8 p/p; lunch/dinner $7-$13 p/p) and souvenirs is very reasonable and great quality. It all depends what restaurant you go to, but they're all very nice. Highly recommended - Mil Palmeras. That night we went to Mil Palmeras it rained but we still had a blast.

The customer service is amazing. The rides and facilities are clean and efficient. Food is 4 stars. Beautiful place, nature focused pathways, and restaurants. Great place for families or romantic getaways.

Wonderful. For kids under 10 my recomendacion is to stay in the hotel. Xetulul and Xocomil for kids 120 cms and above otherwise they will not be able to use rhe

This place is wonderful! IRTRA is one of the best-kept secrets in Rethaluleu, Guatemala. The facilities are amazing, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and their restaurants serve very fresh and delicious food. I've been coming to this place since I was 5 years old and I've never been disappointed because my experiences are always excellent. For this reason I give it 5 stars.

IRTRA is its own world within Guatemala. The grounds are extensive and almost obsessively maintained to perfection. All staff are consistently friendly. Pools and hotels are also extremely well maintained. Prices for food and services are completely reasonable. Salon and massage services are high quality and well priced. Worth the trip to Reu. Highly recommended!

Wonderful to visit.

Really nice place to go relax and have fun with a bunch of water slides to go on and also a wave simulator and a flowing river great for the whole family.. Also got to say that its a really safe environment.

Everything was fine, the only thing that I would suggest to improve is the waitress service to learn people skills.
