I had a great experience here eating dinner. The chicken was tender and very tasty and the steak was flavorful. You can stay around the 20-40Q(3-6USD)range easily. Overall highly recommend.

Very authentic place, has a nice terrace upstairs. I got a menu of the day which costs only 25Q (approx 3-4$) and included a bowl of soup, chicken, rice, a drink and a desert. Everything was really good, can definitely recommend. The best deal I’ve seen in Antigua.

Great service. Great prices. Plenty of options for a good meal. They have a rooftop with not much of a view but it's a nice touch. As tourists we felt very welcome here and we left full and happy!

My favorite breakfast place besides going toward outside the tourist zone, simple fairly priced . Too many places charging outside a fair price because some gringo is willingly to pay a comparative price because our back “home” price relatively is more expensive, sheer nonsensical logic- I always come here. The Guatemalan ladies no frill work hard and produce simply fair priced food. Some of the set brekkies come with a licuado which is fairly priced and better than 90% of what’s offered further closer to the center where things can be absurdly priced - at least from my well traveled personal experience and perspective. Prices range from $25-45. They also have a menu El dia for lunch , it’s okay, breakfast though is quite cheap for the most part.

Fresh! Delicious! Wonderful! It's a really lovely, unassuming cafe that had just one chef and one waiter. Both were incredibly lovely people. The pollo burrito had delicious grilled pieces of chicken with fresh vegetables wrapped in a tortilla and toasted.

Food is great and cheap. Service was not great for us, though we came with 30 minutes before close. Rooftop is ok. I great lunch spot to check out.

Tasty local restaurant with a rooftop area. The food and service were good and we paid 70Q for two lunch meals, each including a refreshing drink.

Really good food + a really reasonable price. They have veggie and meat options, all around 25 to 30Q

Hands down the best local lunch deal in town. For Q20 you get rolls, a starter soup, a main entree with meat, dessert, and a drink with refill. Also, huge burrito with drink for Q20. Menu changes every day. Also a la carte menu.

Super cute! Loved the terrace area and the food was great and the fruit was fresh. Reasonably priced and the waitress was very nice and understanding! However, if you’re trying to find good coffee (like an espresso or anything that’s not pot coffee) maybe not the place to go.

Delicious, typical Guatemalan fare. May take 20 minutes or so to get your food during peak mealtimes so plan accordingly. Nice shaded terrace where you can push tables together if you have a large group. Plate of the day is only Q20 and includes hibiscus drink, full plate of food with tortillas, a small gelatin for dessert, and even soup as an appetizer! Very affordable family restaurant with a mix of foreign exchange students and locals.

This the local place to go. The owner is a lady that's been cooking for the last 16 years here. The food is good and really cheap compared to Antigua prices. Their "meal of the day" for lunch is always good and more than enough food for just Q20!

Very local and good place! Liked to go there almost every day we spent in Antiqua. Menu del dia only for 20 Q super cheap and always tasty. People who worked there were super friendly. We forgot bottle of water and after two days when we came back they give it to us. Maybe it's not fancy looking, but food is good and prices are very reasonable. Totally recommend!

Incredible prices and great food. This is a place I'd go every day if I lived in Antigua. I tried the pollo burrito and it was great with the guacamole. 20Q with a Jamaica drink? Amazing!
