Had the puyaso beef. It was a bit tough for my taste but good. We asked for medium and it was a little more rare than we expected but good. As side dishes we had a pesto rice that looked a little more like Al dente couscous with pumpkin seeds on top which was very delicious and some roasted veggies. The sauces on the side were good. The service was nice. Too many servers around at some times interrupting your conversation but they were trying to be of service. The view was nice. But not that private for a nice conversation as people from the street were walking by starring at your food as I guess was expected be wise we say by the window. Overall a nice experience.

If you are looking for an elevated luxury vibe while traveling in Antigua, this place is it. It does come with a price tag though- although reasonable if you’re used to using the Euro, pound or dollar.

They do seat more casually dressed folks upstairs- I assume to maintain the upscale aesthetic, but again totally worth it.

We were served a warm broth based soup (in a mug) to start; with several sauce condiments to add to the soup. ADD all the condiments into your soup people! So delicious.

We started with the beef croquets. They were hearty. But I would say they reminded me of chicken fried steak— the only miss on the menu.

For entrees we have the octopus tacos, jalepeno steak and the surf and turf.

Octopus is hard to cook, but these tacos with perfectly cooked octopus bursting with flavor over a light potato puree absolutely divine. It was the perfect mix of flavors and textures.

The jalepeno steak was huge. Medium was done right- no over cooking or undercooking but the star of the show here was the creamy jalepeno sauce on the side that served as the perfect accompaniment.

Each steak dish came with sides which were also good. I will say that the elote option- although good, isn’t what Americans will be used too. There is sweet corn, where is crema but no cojita to be found. It’s also not on “corn on the cob” but loose kernels. Still a good dish but not in your typical elote, Mexican street corn form

For desert we had the crème Brule- which was huge. The base had something in it that I wouldn’t identify- but it was great.

We also had 2 bottles of the Malbec which was nice and hearty, full bodies and flavorful.

In total with 2 bottles of wine, a cocktail, 3 entrees with sides and an app, we spent about $30 per person. Truly a steal!

Food: Overall a wonderful place for visiting Antigua. Expensive but worth it for special occasions. They don’t miss on the steak, although we felt some of the turf options were a bit dry, and could’ve used a butter to pair. The sides are also delicious. Deserts finish off well, i would try theirs before going elsewhere to order something sweet.

Service is super friendly and can accommodate those who don’t know their Spanish. When they get busy, it’ll slow down some so don’t hesitate to flag them down and remind or ask them for what you want. They seem very knowledgeable of the menu and are helpful when asked for recommendations.

The atmosphere is lively and upbeat. We thought it was nice sitting further away from the window/street, Antigua can get loud and rowdy during the weekends so it may be noisy up front.

To note: wagyu carpaccio & tuna tiradito are incredible. If you stop by for a short visit, go for their appetizers. Drinks are a hit. Let the bartender know what you like and he can whip it up special.

Overall a great experience with fresh food and lots of choices, definitely would go back.

Nice, local restaurant with a lively, but not over the top, atmosphere. Food is excellent with a decent wine selection. The soup gracas is very welcome and tasty. Service is also excellent and quick. Went back numerous times. Could place to hang at the bar if that's your thing. Recommended. $$$

What a beautiful place with such good food. We were lucky enough to have Pablo wait on us and while he didn't speak but English he really took his time to speak slowly and enunciate so that we could understand. We were both very impressed with his attitude and the service.

The American wagyu sirloin was good but I actually liked my wife's skirt steak better..l That's just a great cut of beef. Grilled garlic cloves in the head was a nice garnish and added good flavor to the beef. The potato casserole tasted of home and I liked the elote. Pablo was good enough to have my wife's corn removed from the cob and he also suggested the grilled shrimp for me which were fantastic.

Prices are ok. This restaurant definitely caters to the foreign crowd.

Outstanding dinner. The space is really sophisticated and welcoming. The food is exceptional. I've eaten steak at every top steakhouse in the USA and this was the best I think I've ever had. My server Asasor and my bartender Gao were very attentive.

Went there for my fiancée birthday, and oh my God, did they deliver 5 star everything.

We had the Argentinian chorizo for an appetizer and holy crap that was one of the best sausages that has ever blessed my taste buds.

I forgot the name of the plate we got, but it was the one that came with skirt steak and sirloin sharing for two people, and oh my God, those steaks were bomb. They were cooked to perfection (medium), and the seasoning was on point.

Let me not forget the fries and how freaking delicious they are! They are seasoned and fried to the perfect crisp, and even the ketchup tasted expensive.

The potato soufflé was god tier. That was one of the best things I've had since coming to Antigua, and I'm going to need the chef to cough up the recipe or we throwing hands. 😂

The horchata tasted a bit more Salvadoran than expected, but it was still delicious, and the sangria was amazing.

Overall, this is the perfect fancy dinner during your stay in Antigua. Make sure you make reservations, however. Otherwise, you'll be waiting!

They made my fiancée's birthday super special and perfect. I highly recommend coming here.

Marv is an excellent host. Very honest in his answers about the dishes that are on offer.
This is more of a meat restaurant than fish. I chose the tuna. Thin sliced Yellow fin.
Very tender with a fresh fish smell and taste.
The chocolate brownie was very rich.
The cocktails are good.
The atmosphere and service suits the meal prices.

The experience here left a very good memory. The atmosphere is very nice and the staffs are friendly. The steak and wine were so delicious and everything was perfect. It is recommended to make a reservation for dinner time. A recommended place to spend special time with your loved ones. The view of the cathedral from the window seat is very beautiful.

Really nice place, high standards on service by Alberto. Also we are quite picky about the quality of meat, but all the steaks were amazing, both flavourful and tender. Must visit:)

Amazing dinner experience! The food was amazing, and the service was premium.

We did the share for two special with the tenderloin and it was a ton of food for my girlfriend and I! It's an amazing place to eat especially the night after a volcano hike, strongly recommend!

Excellent meat/food and service. I highly recommend the Brisket BBQ as a starter and the Grand Tenderloin medium rare as the main course. Very juicy and tender.

This place was amazing! Visited here my last evening in Antigua and decided to treat myself to a nice solo dinner. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is nice and pleasant, and the staff were very attentive. I got the 6 Oz sirloin cause I honestly don't eat much but I wish I had gotten bigger cause it was SO GOOD! had to talk myself out of order another steak it was just that good.

Amazing fine dining experience! I dined solo at the bar and had a great time. Amazing drinks and the food was so good! Staff was super friendly! Definitely recommend in Antigua. I had the sangria with red wine! They give you delicious soup before your mea. I had the traditional soup for dinner and the fancy cheese with orange as a “side dish”. It was more than enough food for one person.
