the rooms are really clean, the beds comfy, great bathroom. there is a cheap minibar in your room and you have free access to an amazing rooftop. the staff is friendly and helpful and even got us an early check-in for free and organized a trip to yaxha for us.

Good location on the shore of the island. Specius and clean rooms. A veranda on the roof with great view. Skip the breakfast.

Best place we stayed in Guatemala. Check in was simple and charming. Well-stocked, cheap minibar in room. Beautiful terrace overlooking the water.
The room was amazing. Huge bed, aircon, big bathroom. We had a lovely stay, would highly recommend!

A friend and I stayed here a couple weeks ago and really enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and the room was huge and clean. The AC had been running so it was nice and cool when we arrived. The beds were comfortable.

Our room had a balcony with two chairs and a table between them—perfect for pre-dinner cocktail hour. (They had little bottles of wine for q35 in the fridge downstairs. Such a deal!)

There is also a shared terrace which has an even better view. This hotel doesn’t have a pool, but their sister hotel about five minutes away does and their pool is really nice!

I will definitely stay here again next time I come back to Flores.

Almost perfect, especially considering the location on the very edge of the jungle. We stayed in the room located next to the terrace on the top floor. The rooms are modern, clean and ours had two full beds. Very comfortable. AC unit is quiet and works very well. There is a safe that is key-operated, so be sure to get the key from the front desk (ours was separate from the room key.) There is lots of cabinet space available, and there is a nice big refrigerator that produced a good amount of ice (in ice trays.) WiFi worked well. The bathroom is large, with lots of room on the sink to organize or spread your toiletries around. Water in the shower had good pressure, though not great, and the hot water never ran out. There is a working hairdryer as well. TV only had Spanish language channels. The front desk personnel speaks only Spanish, so some rudimentary Spanish is necessary, but they are very nice and patient. You can book tours to Tikal and Yaxha through the front desk. Both were 150 Q for transport and Tikal was an extra 100Q (each person) for a guide

One of my favourite places to stay in Guatemala. A definite hidden gem. Lovely large room, gorgeous balcony overlooking the water and sunsets. Lots of extras that are missing in many Guatemalan hotels - hairdryer/toiletries etc. Quiet and peaceful. Strongly recommend.

Casa Azul is a lovely place to stay in Flores. My room was quite large and looked out on the lake. On the top floor they have a terrace with a great view at sunset.

Great, simple place. Thoughtful customer service and a wonderful third floor terrace. No bad locations on the island, but I do prefer the view from this hotel out of other sides of the island.

Great spot right next to the waterfront with air conditioned rooms and friendly personnel. You can also book trips to tikal and various other destinations right at the reception. Great terrace to chill out on the roof. Side note: the minibar is well equipped and not too overpriced.

I'm giving this 5 stars not because it is a fancy hotel. It is very nice and it is clean, but it's not a traditional 5 star hotel. The staff were warm and friendly but make sure your Spanish is up to speed. I enjoyed a huge room with 3 beds looking out upon the lake for the night for $48 U.S. It's a great hotel with a great location and would have been a perfect spot for a romantic getaway.

Cute quaint hotel. Very clean rooms and bathroom. You can tell they take pride in rooms. We paid about $56 for the night. Go to the top terrace for an amazing view and hangout lounge. The rooms we got have a cute little lookout sub-room. Also for the shower remove the drain cover else the shower fills up. Highly recommend this place.

The verranda overlooking the lake watching the sunset was the highlight of our day while staying here. The staff is very helpful, and friendly...

Good and quiet to sleep at night.

They have just renew the rooms. The 2 rooms on the top with terrace are fantastic. Take a drink when the Sun is going down is unbelievable !
