Demonstration was great and learning about the traditional process of chocolate making was incredible! Highly recommend! Their 50% cacao chocolate samples they give at the end are yummy! Definitely order hot chocolate from their café, best hot chocolate I've ever had (I got the tradicional but they have other flavors that also sounded great such as cardomom and cinnamon)!

Have to give this a 5-star, not so much for the ambiance rather for the education. We attended a three-hour workshop learning how to make chocolate items. Started with raw cocoa, roasted the pods, de-shelled the pods, ground the raw cocoa, seasoned it, made candy bars. Had a tea from the shells. (Cocoa tea is very nice.) Had raw hot chocolate to drink - bitter but good. Processed enough chocolate for three candy bars that we'll take home (stay fresh for 3 months.) Delphina was our guide -- a native young woman who speaks excellent English. Worth the Q200 per person.

Very friendly and welcoming ladies here! Great explanation and great products! We bought some gifts and had a tasting of their chocolate cake and hot chocolate.

We did a fantastic 1 hr workshop with Teresa, it was very interesting and I would highly recommend it! Teresa had great knowledge and really helped to introduce us to the process from cocoa bean to bar! We tasted some cooca tea and hot chocolate, as well as a free bar of chocolate each!😊👍

Really nice place, nice seating area with lake view upstairs and short interesting cacao presentation downstairs with samples. Shop full of chocolate products 👌 try the chocobanana!

Amazing Place.
One night we went there with a local friend to drink amazing hot chocolate on the modern rooftop terrace. It's nice that it was not too sweet, for me as a dark choclate lover. Still creamy and yummy.
The next day we had a chocolate making workshop. Delfine was our teacher, and she really took her time. Her English was amazing, and she showed us everything from growing over roasting to meshing and pressing the choclate. During the process which overall took almost 3.5h hours she provided us with interesting choclate facts and background information to the local Mayan culture, which was very interesting as well.
In the end we could take home two personal choclate bars, drinking chocolate chips and good memories. Highly recommend it. Also their shop is amazing. My girlfriend basically bought it empty, as the prices are more than fair.

The staff was knowledgeable about chocolate, and the demonstration was interesting. Guatemalan chocolate is so amazingly tasty, and doesn’t melt or get messy because it’s drier than the usual type of chocolate you get in the USA. The chocolate bars are delicious!! I wish I bought more. This is definitely worth stopping by.

A great spot for more than just chocolate! We had lunch were twice because we enjoyed the atmosphere on the rooftop patio and the food was great!

A great, free demonstration about how chocolate is made! The chocolates are hand made on site and are a fantastic price. (The best we had seen anywhere) and absolutely delicious. Recommend a visit !

Cuentan con distintos productos a base de cacao como jabones, nibs, chocolates en distintas presentaciones, cafe de la región. Los chocolates son muy ricos y si visitas San Juan la laguna sin duda debes visitar Licor Marron Chocolate.

דולפינה דוברת אנגלית בצורה מעולה ויודעת המון על קקאו, על תרבות המאיה ועל הקשר ביניהם.
נהננו ממש לדבר עם דולפינה על כל תחום בחיים שלי והיא הייתה הכי נחמדה בעולם וענתה להכל בנעימות.
כל מה שטעמנו היה טעים ברמות ובלי קשר לסדנה אני ממליצה להגיע לחנות לטעום את השוקולד שלהם שמוכן באופן ידני בגואטמלה, לאורך כל השלבים.

El chocolate es delicioso, aunque no esperes un chocolate refinado ya que la elaboración es artesanal. Recomendado.
