Hostel Fé San Marcos

I was forced to stay in San Marcos because I missed the boat and was lucky to find a bed available at Fe San Marcos. I honestly thought it was great! The bed was big and very comfortable, the shower was really good, the guy at the reception was really nice and helped me a lot, and last but not least: breakfast was included and was just the most amazing breakfast ever. I highly recommend staying here and I truly don’t know why some of the reviews are this negative!

I’m not going to lie I was a little skeptical the first night and I did find several spiders however there’s something magical about this place. Perhaps it’s the wood in the room that gives off a good energy or the entire Lake Atitlan is magical. But I had an awesome experience. You can’t expect luxury I mean you are in nature and it’s cabin like. But it’s very tranquil and right on the main strip. Two minutes walking distance from the lake. Also very delicious free breakfast. If you’re looking for fancy this place isn’t for you. But if love nature and tranquility then this place is great. I would definitely come back . Thank you so much for the staff and the wonderful people at the restaurant fè for the delicious breakfast every morning. I will always remember this magical beautiful place.

Nice stay. it is close to everything and just 50 miters to the path and dock.
Located very closeto the natural reserve it is filled with nature, birds and trees. This ghostel includes breakfast in all its plans which are private rooms with bathroom, private rooms with shared bathroom and dorm. Breakfast is served at Fe Restaurant on the main path of San Marcos and known to have the best food in town so try these guys out.

The bad reviews here are surprising. The beds are a bit uncomfortable but besides that this place is pretty good! Good WiFi and friendly staff.

Peaceful place and great value for money! Very close to the swimming dock and the main walking street with all the restaurants.

Just for 60q I have a shared room , breakfast, wify and a nice living room.

Un lugar un organizado y tranquilo. Esta ubicado cercas del mulle y todos los trabajadores son muy buenas personas. Las habitaciones compartidas tienen camas muy cómodas. San Marcos La Laguna es un bello pueblo con vistas al lago impresionantes, es muy tranquilo y tienen comida rica.

Es un lugar exclusivo, tranquilo y acogedor, buen precio todos los servicios y fácil de llegar.

Es un hostel con buena ubicación, tiene un bar al frente, donde hay buen ambiente y buena música 😀
