Easy to locate with all needed food items

Shelves were a bit empty, not sure if that's a seasonal thing, but the staff were all very nice. The produce they did have was fresh and they take card which is a plus.

I went to Farmers Haus just before returning to Australia with my family, as it's near our townhouse in Accra.

Farmers Haus is the equivalent of a small produce market & grocer you might find in western countries, a few of which are now springing up in Accra. This outlet is useful if to live around Ashongman/Agbogba, if you need something quick, without having to go on to Haatso or East Legon.

While I was there to buy some vegetables, they had a great selection of interesting foodstuffs that were professionally packaged that were made in Ghana. I bought some coffee beans, some prekese-infused teabags, and some plantain & mango chips, which we were able to bring with us on returning to Australia ( not always guaranteed), so I would recommend it if you were a traveller looking to bring back some made in Ghana items.

They have an unusual selection of great spices, fruits and nuts! Some foodstuffs aren’t always fresh, especially tubers, but vegetables are mostly fresh.
