I don't like to discredit businesses I own one myself. But this case is just unfair I can't let it go. I will be as honest as I can be. We are regular customers of Pandora. I bought some 4 pairs of earings for my kids for holiday. Kept it for 4 days before holiday arrived. On the day we found out that one pair is faulty and does not lock properly. The same day I took it back with receipt, box and all. Conversation:
-please I want to replace these earrings because they are faulty
-please we don't accept returns on earrings
-even if it is faulty?
-please it is not faulty, they are all like that
-but i bought 4 pairs, the others are ok, please exchange them
-they are the last ones, we can't exchange.
-It is not fair you are making me accept a product that is faulty and I am not satisfied with.
-we are sorry.
-no you are not, good bye . You just lost a loyal customer
