Very nice shop with a friendly staff. Everything here is fair trade and made in Ghana, so it's a good deal for everyone.
There are a large variety of products, as well as fitting rooms.
I like that they've taken local fabrics and craftsmanship and applied them to Western style needs. The selection of small travel cases is well designed.

Great Shop, very friendly, great quality, very nice clothes. Of course it is more expensive than buying clothing on the streets, but you get fair trade, organic cotton, made in Ghana, and you support a good cause - so altogether to me that is great value for the price.

I absolutely love Global Mamas. I visited their old location last year & purchased some notebooks, a jewelry organizer, & glasses sleeve. A year and a half later - I’ve come back and visited their new location & bought the same items because I loved them so much.

I've also bought some of their bags as gifts and my friends have loved them.

Cute textiles of all sorts, sustainably produced, with a wonderful mission. With the helpful staff it's a great place to pick up some tasteful gifts to bring home.

Global Mamas is a must go shop when you visit Accra. Here you can find a lot of products locally handmade. Whatever you buy supports local families almost as directly as it can be.
Styles are nice and a good mix of African and European colors (my opinion).
The owner is supernice.

Very nice place to get some locally fair trade made clothing and accessories. It is a great place to get presents for friends and family back home. Right now they are selling beautiful handmade masks for 10 cedis. Strongly recommend going!

I love this place. It's all about the women who make the products that are sold. The American NGO employs the women to make the products giving them a fair wage and a good income. And the products are good quality ranging from clothes to Shea butter soap, trinkets and souvenirs. Well worth a visit and the staff are always very friendly.

Fair trade certified women-led business! They sell all kinds of crafts and goods. They have beautiful patterns and very kind staff.

Overall good stuff and the mission/vision is great. Quality work and organic etc. however, lots of sizes of clothes they didn't have so couldn't find anything. Prices reasonable for some things, pricey for others, but overall recommend for the work that

A great shop for dresses, recycled water bags, and other Ghana souvenirs. The women working are very friendly and helpful, and the money they make goes right back to them.
