The facility is small but the services they provide is enormous.

They ve improve in the service they provide with nw equipment

There are excellent physician and doctors there but the process of seeing a doctor is very slow.

Not clean.... Washroom for men and women very horrible. In fact, that structure is not a washroom. What's most annoying is you even have to pay before you enter there.
No water to wash you hands after visiting the washroom.
There's overcrowding too.
Government hospitals in Kasoa are just horrible!!.

MY MOTHER WENT THERE FOR CHECK UP SO I TOLD HER THAT, WHEN SHE IS AT THE *POLYCLINIC* SHE SHOULD CALL ME SO I CAN ASK THEM, IF THEY CAN ALSO CHECK POTASSIUM OF MY MOTHER. HMMMM
HOW THE *NURSE* EVEN SPOKE ON THE PHONE TO ME IT WAS REALLY ABSURD.

I HAVE TOLD MY MOTHER SHE SHOULD NEVER GO THERE.

Long service/waiting time. Entry to facility and surroundings overtaken by hawkers and engulfed with filth.
Administration and management is weak. No one cares about anything

Nurses here are very rude. Service delivery is very poor
