I was pleasantly surprised during my visit here. The emergency service was top notch.

The premises are clean and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and always eager to answer questions about our patient.

The hospital is well staffed and boasts of state of the art equipment. The pharmacy operates for 24hours.

There is adequate parking, wheel chair access, cash and card transactions accepted.

The doctors, nurses and the other health workers there are very professional with their work though there are others who may one way or the other act unprofessionally due to circumstances. Trust me they are our last bet in terms of professionals and modern technological equipments.

Korle Bu Teaching Hospital🇬🇭 remains the premier health center in Ghana. Strict administrative policies have reduced patients congestion which originally was alarming. Currently the facility handles referrals from Polyclinics, Private hospitals, Accident cases and Medical Research works. Emergency Dept is always active to provide services to sustain the life. My experience was an Ischemic heart attack. Cardiothoracic Center Medical Team marvellously worked so hard to sustain my life.
As teaching hospital all cases are critically analysed before decision taken. All Departments coordinate together to provide effective life-saving mechanism. Hopefully, more medical research works will one day discover antidote to DEATH

I was there to work on my own but I can see God uses the entire staff to save mankind

One of the best in the country if not the best. At the ER the doctors do not turn any child emergency cases away, they attend to the cases promptly except for a few cases in my opinion was a little delayed. However ever case brought at whatever time was treated with all seriousness and client leave satisfied. I want to use this opportunity to plead with NGO's and individuals to come to their aid with regards to beds so it make the work of the Doctors easy and friendly. Everyone knows what they're about and oh they're thorough. I salute all the doctors at the childrens block and emergency. Doc Precious, Doc Agyeman, Doc Michael and alot more , you guys are sweet and the Nurses are superb, I doff my hat for you all. Kudos! Let's help make Korle greater and a world class teaching hospital.
