SG-GHANA, yes, is one of the top rated banks but if you have lots of time to spare... then this is the best branch of SG-Ghana...
I spent close to 45 good minutes just to do a deposit an amount less than GHC3,000.00 of GHC50 and GHC20 denominations.
Please ooo... which bank requests an ID before accepting deposits?
I had interactions with 4 employees of the bank; the customer care - Andy, teller - Alex Appiah, and two other staff... from the first interaction with each, they were very reluctant but upon subsequent interactions they were friendly... Especially Alex.
In summary, if you are in a hurry please avoid this branch of SG-Ghana.

I spent over 1 hour here trying to cash a cheque. I didn't like their service. Very disappointed!
