Super spacious place. A hideout in Accra. It's just a serene space to have a timeout within Accra.

A beautiful place to be and relax

Apartments were quite good and staff were amazing (but have since heard they left). The one problem with these apartments was the landlord from hell. He was invasive, rude and always scheming on how to make our stay miserable. From switching off the WiFi to giving us a room upgrade due to a broken AC then suddenly kicking us out of the same room when I had left my son alone being extremely rude

MY REVIEW UPON TWO MONTHS STAY AT BLENHAM APARTMENTS

Well there are only two good things about the place and they are:

PROs -
(a). Good Staff always willing to help. Mark, Osman and Mary were very willing to help and assist with anything I asked.
(b). The location and proximity to roads and many other major roads and centers in Accra.

CONs -
(a). The owner is a very difficult person. He does not respond to issues on time & is very rude to guests. On several occasions I witness verbal altercation with guests and even went through the same at his hands. You are very likely to be called names for requesting for paid for services that are meant to be offered. Do not be deceived by all the smiles and accent that will be displayed by the landlord because as soon as you pay that is it. Nothing else is his concern.

(b). The landlord is not concerned only about making money as guests are not well tended to.

- The Air conditioning in both the living and bedrooms of the 1 bedroom barely ever functioned during my stay. It was a shame I had paid so much in advance I would have left the following morning after I arrived, the perfect location was the attraction for me. So be prepared for the constant heat and for nothing to be absolutely done about it.

- You will not be sympathized with for complaining about the services provided on premises.

-The landlord took out many amenities that were formerly advertised to me as part of a fully furnished resident. In fact, I was lucky to get a spoon in my drawer.

-The supposed dining table chairs are nothing to write home about. I am currently taking strong pain meds to support the sharp pain I feel in my ribs and waist. I do music production and sit by my computer for many good hours.

- The painting and tiles could be better. (No POP roofing)

- WIFI signals are weak.

- Cable TV are provided on condition. 
- Mouldy smell in bedroom as wooden bed is old. 
- The Iron got spoiled over a month ago and has not been replaced till the time of writing. 
- The supply store that the landlord manages sells items almost twice the price they cost elsewhere.

- The rooms have no real Aesthetics for taking good photos. There are $20/Day homes with proper aesthetic for photos and others inside the room. This is not one of the places if you want to flex for the gram.

The entirety of the place is based on a cheapskate budget that the owner has designed to only make financial gain without caring about the total value of service provided or whether customers are satisfied or not.

I would totally not advice anyone to book this place now or in the near future unless proper changes have been made by management to cater fully and provide hospitable service to all patronizing customers as it is supposed to.
The owner is so rigid and autocratic and this place would have been perfect if only the landlord heeds to the complaints and suggestions of customers. 
I would also advice that intending residents google the landlord (Isaac Agyeman Baffour) to find out everything you need to know about the owner before making an attempt to book this place.
