This is not the achimota phone number please update ! 2. My money got stuck in the achimota ATM.. I went inside, and they took my information and promised the money would be put into my account properly. That was 2 weeks ago till date I haven't heard from them, and my money is still not in my account

I have been here for more than 1hr and only one teller who is accepting cash from the ATM, so we all here waiting. The most terrible banking experience during banking hours, your only 1 teller leaves customers to go and put cash in ATM, terrible experience

Spent over 2 hours here just waiting to speak to customer service. A very, very slow experience. Would recommend going there when you don’t have anything to do with your day. I was informed they had only one person attending to customers.

They are toooo slow

For a modern bank the service is very very slow. Took me 3 weeks to open an account as a foreigner.
