I had to replace my charger cable for my iPhone! The staff helped me to find a replacement charger cable at a very reasonable price, tested it and charged my iPhone for me. The store is very clean and well stocked and the staff were very nice and professional! Thanks to my friend Anna for recommending the iStore at Accra Mall! Definitely worth visiting!

I came desperate for an older Macbook charger (magsafe), as mine burned out from repeated electricity surges. The shop allowed me to use a charger to make sure the laptop works, and I bought a new charger. I am writing this review because THEY ALLOWED ME TO RETURN THE CHARGER and gave me ALL MY MONEY BACK!!!! Sometimes it is difficult to return electronics, but sometimes it is extremely difficult to get return anything in Ghana (depending on the store). So I am writing this review because I am so thankful and grateful that they allowed me to return the charger when I realized the laptop wasn't going to work for me after all.

I had a very pleasant experience, got my phone repaired and left with a smile on my face. Their prices tend to set you back a little but I guess quality tends to be pricey.

Amazing! I spilled water on my Mac book and they had it all fixed up and running in no more than 5 business days!! Not super expensive either! And super friendly employees :)

The technician by name Godwin really saved me today! He quickly checked my phone which had a Face ID issue and resolved it immediately.

Very good and competent service. My MacBook broke down. Fortunately Apple Customer Support recommended to visit the iStore in AccraMall. Although I had two wait nearly 7 weeks for my MacBook to be repaired (It mainly took so long because of global chip shortages and the extensive repair the MacBook needed), I finally got my working and shining MacBook back. Because of the waiting time I even got an upgrade of my SSD Capacity. The long wait was totally worth it. Thank you.
