InterCity STC

I reported at the Tema STC bus yard at 5.30 am as specified on my ticket, today 4th Nov. 2023, got my luggage weighed by an attendant and was billed to pay Ghc10.
It however took more than 30 minutes for the luggage cashier to report for duty, a frustrating lapse which needs fixing!!
Overall the support staff was gentle and very respectful, a plus that has to be maintained.
The driver was also superb as per my safety evaluation.
Additionally he was very respectful of passengers, another plus!!
I want to believe that a lot of in-service training investment has been made into safety and customer service ethics by management.
Kudos, kudos!!!
I will always travel by the STC bus if I decide not to drive.

Refurbished with a parking lot and waiting places for passengers. There's also a bigger car park adjacent managed by Tema municipal Assembly. Service is standard STC service.

A bus company that runs within Ghana. I'm not really sure of their routes, but I joined them from Aflao border( the border shared by Togo and Ghana). Just after the border, walk about 50miles(5mins or less) and they are by your right. Rather than entering a shared cab for 50cedis, you can use them and pay 28cedis. The buses are neat, air conditioned and fill up very very fast. In 4mins, bus is full and you are on your way. They are just like our GIG buses. Seats are comfortable. I enjoyed my ride with them.

The driver showed a lot of Maturity and patience 9n the way. Keep it up
