SERENITY RESIDENCES & SPA, Kokrobite beach

A hotel building with separate villas, on the beach. It has the feel and design of the kind of holiday apartments you might find in Spain. There are separate pools for the villa side and the hotel side. We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa which was self contained with a fully functioning kitchen. A cook comes in to prepare breakfast for you. There's no real restaurant as such but the hotel kitchen has a reasonable menu, which they will prepare for you and serve in the villa or on the terrace. The manager Nii is very helpful and always ensures you have what you need. There is a jacuzzi on the roof terrace of the villa; it does need advance warning for the staff as it takes about 4 hours to fill and warm. You can have a massage in the villa. The beach is very rocky so not good for swimming but lovely to sit on the hotel terrace and watch the sea. The bar is extremely limited but what they do have is good value. We enjoyed the whole time there very much.

Most rooms offer a captivating ocean view, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere. I had the pleasure of sampling various dishes, and they all met my expectations.

I absolutely loved my stay at Serenity and this place exceeded my expectations. From planning my stay from months in advance - the entire staff has been extremely accommodating, professional and friendly! The rooms are impeccable, gorgeous architecture, and the pool and beach access is so relaxing. And the on-site staff Nii was also extremely helpful to us from before, during and after our stay, as well as the chefs and other staff! We enjoyed our trip and recommend this stay in Kokrobite for anyone who is looking for a calm, relaxing time outside of Accra!

Serenity is perfectly named as it is one of the most serene and beautiful places you will ever experience. If water views are your thing, then you will love it here. From our villa, we had an amazing view of the pool and the ocean. The on-site chef service was delicious and just that little extra touch of indulgence. Jeff, Nii, and the entire staff were so kind and accommodating. Jeff was even gracious enough to give me a tour of the brand new Serenity Terraces next door. The finishes and design are all top of the line…and the views?? HEAVEN. If you’re in the Accra area, you should definitely plan on spending a night or two (or 14 🤗) in this beautiful place.

Had an amazing weekend at Serenity. The name is actually evident in the well thought out layout of the grounds and houses.
Rooms are great sizes and the bed I slept in was one of the best. Comfortable and welcoming.

There was a morning chef who came to prepare breakfast for us in the house kitchen everyday. Very good chef whose aim was to serve it how we preferred.
There's full Internet connectivity, which was great for catching up on work, anytime of the day. Kids couldn't stay out of the pool.
One lovely addition is the easy access to the seashore, literally 100 metres through the back garden.
I will recommend Serenity Residences 10x over.
Looking forward to staying there again very soon.

It was amazing, The manager at the residence was super cool too, he made the stay very fun and exciting. He was super helpful. They had a chef too who made some nice breakfast. I did not want to leave cause it was very cool and calm... really serene.

It was a quiet, fun and scenic weekend. We had good rest with lots of beauty around us.

I loved how clean the villas were and especially the beddings. It felt like a 2000 thread count bed sheets.

Private and relaxing environment, overlooking the beach. It has comfy and clean rooms. And oh the apartments come with an open kitchen on the ground floor. Kitchen is fitted with an oven, microwave, fridge, electric cooker and sink. The ground floor has a guest washroom and a living room with a TV. Staff are friendly and supportive. It’s ideal for a group getaway. You may wanna drive as it’s quiet a distance from the main road. Carry some food for your stay.

We had an amazing break at Serenity Holiday Resort at Kokobité, in Accra. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa was awesome, spacious and fully equipped. We really enjoyed the massage and the roof top jacuzzi. The location and proximity to the beach was also great. I would really love to come back

Amazing weekend! Beautiful serene environment, I enjoyed the canvas painting, had a full body massage in the garden with the sound of the waves like music to my ears. Jacuzzi was awesome as usual. Excellent services. I love Serenity and would always go back.❤🌞💃🏽

Are the pictures a true reflection of the place? Am I going to get my money's worth?... and a host of other questions may be on your mind. Don't think about it. Make that booking!!! Serenity is everything more than any photograph you will see, it's a dreamy hideout an hour away from Accra mall, and everything has been provided to ensure your stay is fun, relaxing and everything a getaway is meant to be. We took over 300 pictures on the property(in the villa and on the grounds) and doesn't matter which angle or corner they were taken from, every shot was just STUNNING! Nasty bathrooms are my greatest pet peeve, if u are like me, be assured that u will have NO WORRIES here. The owner John and his team are fantastic and make sure you r feel comfortable throughout your stay. There was an ECG fault in the area, and this did not affect anything we did because the generator stayed on the entire time and the buildings seem to have soundproofing because none of us was disturbed by the massive generator. Let me stop rambling. Just make the booking, there are only 3 villas, and they go fast!

45 minutes drive to paradise.

This was the ideal location for a weekend away. As soon as you drive through the gate you understand why it’s called Serenity, it’s calm, peaceful and relaxing. We stayed Friday - Sunday and although all villas were booked it wasn’t at all overwhelming. On Saturday we ordered the BBQ, which was delicious, high quality meats and seafood, very generous portions.

The staff are professional and very helpful going above and beyond to support us with whatever we needed.
