You can buy your prepaid credit there as well as have your meter issues checked . We had a negative charge and had to clear the debt . There are payments plans for everyone, provide you make a commitment. You pay half of the debt and the rest is spread out for you .

Their new system requires you to to a vendor at American house to pay your negative balance. You can go to room 16 to check first , then to room 28 for debt management. But if it’s for reconnecting, you go to room 32.

Their service was quick and professional. Go with the right documents and explanations and you will be attended to
