Very decent and well-mentained rooms. Good breakfast too!

Location is great. Quite close to the main road.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable. There's option for every room type.
Spacious parking space with excellent security. Jus wish they provided guest with ample bottle water. Had 1 350ml bottle, clearly not enough!

The place is beautiful with a huge free parking lot. The environment is very clean and the rooms have automatic magnetic card lockers giving it an extra layer of security. The rooms are cleaned daily and there also jacuzzis in each room. The staff are very friendly and the small deep freezer and heater cups in the rooms make it home.

Very serene and close to the main road which makes transportation very easy and simple

It's a nice place, first class hotel if I should say. The staffs are nice, attentive to their customers. I really love the place. I recommend it to people hoping to go on vacations, for business as well as foreigners coming into the country that is if they have their money. It's worth it. I love the place.

Nice customer care from the reception,
has both local juices like fresh pineapple juice and Zobolo drink. You feel at home.
And the local and continental dishes are quite affordable and delicious too.
It's a beautiful place for family get-togethers and company parties.
The swimming pool is also very neat for both children and adults.

The pool was great. There's a part for kids clearly segmented. There are changing rooms with lockers for both genders. A well kept washroom and a shower. They also have reclining seats by the pool and plants for shade. There's a huge car park. Really cool place.

First time coming to erata hotel, although I have not been to rooms, the place was peaceful for my liking.
I came there for the launching of readcamp 2022, an off-campus literacy program by mother of all nations foundation.
Hopefully, I will be coming for dinner with my family and friends to have a good time.

It is a cool and comfortable place to go when stressed out and need relaxation...
It is a child friendly place... The green carpet grass is okay and their food is top notch... Their pool of course is not an exception.
Can be used also for swimming lessons... I really enjoyed myself...

It is a very clean and serene environment. Customer service was very apt. Its a place to relax especially the pool side and have a nice time.

The pool is always clean and with few people on the weekdays. They have monthly pool subscription for singles, couples and children. A regular day swimming fee is GH¢30.00. And the pool closes at 6pm. Their meals are affordable and delicious. I love their chicken spaghetti bolognese, Jollof rice and fried chicken. Waiters are receptive and professional. They also employ all covid19 protocols.

My attraction is the pool...I think they have one of the sweetest pool depth you can find for adults ~5.6 ft...and a length good for some rounds ...there is also a separate pool for kids...water is clean with chlorine level appropriate for the eyes...after a good swim catch the EPL game over some good plate of jollof

Erata hotel is probably a four star hotel that use to be one of the best hotels some years back until it faced a lot of competition in recent times. However it has stood the test of time and maintained very good standards in all aspects of their facilities. It is consistently doing a lot of maintenance from time to time to keep its facilities up to standard. It is well located in the neighborhoods of east legon in Accra the capital of Ghana. I will want to begin with the warm reception that a customer receives at the entrance into the hotel. The personnel at the reception are very receptive. They will check you in with a smile and carry your bags into your rooms. Their rooms are furnished with a comfortable bed, neatly dressed. Their wash rooms are neat, bath tabs are neat and running with cold and hot water. The televisions in the room gives the options of varieties of channels ranging from cartoons to football, news, Ghanaian movies etc. Then to their restaurant which provides a buffet of breakfast for free as long as you take the night in their rooms. For lunch and dinner they have both local and continental dishes. You can choose to enjoy your meal by their poolside as well and enjoy the breeze. They also have an airport drop off car on the standby for those who will need it. They also have conference rooms in case you need such facility. All in all Erata Hotel is a nice place
