The Peninsula Resort

The staff were very welcoming and paid attention to details. Their food was tasty and well prepared, especially their local dishes. They have some interesting activities that can involve the whole family. The most captivating for me was the scenery. The view over the lake is very special. I had a great experience with them and I will recommend them for a weekend getaway for anyone.

The view is really beautiful. It's a great place for family hideout . Too many fun at one place.

Peninsula has good food and variety, the terrain presents very engaging landscape for exercise and recreation.

It has nicely kept swimming pools designed for the young and old, amateur and experienced swimmers.

Peninsula has good service for the physically challenged persons.
It has a boat that could give you a memorable cruise at very reasonable price.
Recommended for vacation, recreation, business trips, group hangouts etc.

Good scenery with spacious and delightful nature view. Well cleaned and beautiful rooms. Free internet with unlimited cap. Got fun activities like hiking, canopy walking, boat riding, cycling, swimming, tennis court, football field and a lot more.

Good environment for corporate bodies, social groups to have fun and do business related stuff.

Oh I forgot, It has a conference room and not forgetting their foods 😍

Wooow. I love the place. The stuffs are great. Richard the guy in charge of hiking and canopy walk did the most🤣🤣🤣. The environment is refreshing and serene. I will definitely visit again

This review is long overdue. I took a two night trip during Easter and it was more than worth it.

Giving this a 5 star rating simply because it offers a different experience I haven’t found anywhere else in Ghana and the best part is, they’re just getting started. Was fortunate to engage with a couple of people who work there and with the investment being put in the place, it’s gonna be one of the hottest spots in West Africa. Though the road is not good, it gave safari vibes and was part of the experience. Definitely not the worst road going to a hotel in Ghana. Honestly, we got a good deal from the hotel so we got a great chauffeur during our stay.

Let’s start with what’s good.
The scenery is top notch and if you’re a picture kinda person, you’d fall in love instantly. The rooms are just amazing and supper cozy. WiFi is fast, TV signal is clear and the hospitality is very warm from the employees. They have quad bikes that pick you up from your room if you need it. Boat ride was amazing too. Got a full 1 hour ride around the lake. There are so many activities to choose from. Tennis, basketball, table tennis, swimming and a whole live band setup as well. Can’t wait to be back to be honest.

What can be better?
The food can definitely be better. It’s nice but for the standard of the place, I think the variety and the taste can definitely be improved. The heater in the rooms don’t last very long so that can be checked too. Perhaps leveling the road leading up to the resort can make it easier for us.

I can’t wait to see what this place is like next year. Kudos on the great job so far.

The resort is in one of the most serene environments you’d find in Ghana. Looking for a place to feel close to nature, this is it. The rooms are cozy and the food was delicious. I enjoyed every bit of my stay there. Unlimited WiFi connection which was very stable and the staff were very friendly.
Availability of several recreational activities to do at the resort; horse riding, Canopy walk, tennis court and many more.
The road leading to the resort needs an uplift however, but best believe the experience at the resort is worth the journey. Definitely definitely coming back.

Beautiful scenery, nice food, warm reception. I just loved the place, except the road. I almost gave up coming. Pls try and fix the road.

This is an amazing vacation spot for the whole family. Their staff are very polite, rooms are super clean and the food is delicious, with a wide variety to choose from. They have proper buffet... Not the kind with people serving your portions.

One of my best vacation experiences. We got there quite late and all throughout the receptionist was on the phone with us making sure we were safe 👌🏾. Lovely staff, serene environment and comfortable rooms. Boat ride, canopy walk, swimming pool, tennis. I’ll just say I’m planning my next trip to spend more days. If possible the whole year 😁. Great customer service. Team(s) went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful experience from rushing to get us water for the canopy walk to accomodating our transportation requests. The staff and team are simply awesome and I will return next year to enjoy the zipline
