I have read the other comments before I went to Zito Guesthouse and I was positively surprised when I got there. I got a double room for 70Cedis for me and my friend. The room seemed clean, also the bathroom. We found the most comfortable matresses we have ever slept on in Ghana. It was a dream!
The bathroom was only seperated by a curtain from the bedroom, but the toilet flush worked properly and there was a typical bucket in the shower for showering ghanian style :)
We got vegetarian spagetti in the evening (20Cedis for both of us) which were good. First they told us the restaurant closes at 6 but with some help of a friend, they cooked the spagetti later just for us.
In the morning we got breakfast (omlette, toast, coffee) and were so surprised that it was also included in the prize.
It is also really close to the akosombo station (I think not even 10 minutes walk).
I can really recommend it for low-budget travellers.

Good place, I recommand.
Nice and clean room for 70cedis. They offered the breakfast. we really appreciate it.
