A decent residential area for middle class. We need more of such places throughout the country for young people who are starting life to have a place to lay their heads in all parts of the country. Housing is a problem to the up and coming generation.
SSNIT flats is a well-laid out community.

The place is well planned and accessibility is also easy from the Accra city center. The flats are privately owned by the pensioners living ther with their families.

It's amazing. Everybody is such a family. It teaches you how to share and how to be united with one another. Also there are cosy rooms and everybody has his or her privacy

It's about 600meters away from Ssnit junction opposite St Martin De Porres school at Dansoman round about or 500meters away after using the first junction on your left immediately after the Ave Marie bus stop. Popular places around are Opoku Ware Clinic, St Benedict school, Good Shepherd Lodge, St Margaret Mary Senior high school, just to mention but a few.
