The staff were really nice to me, I gave birth there and they helped me with family planning, the classes is free for mothers.

A very beautiful, neat and disease free hospital

I went with a sister there for fibroids surgery.
As at the 3rd day after surgery, her fibroids were still in the hospital stinking up the OPD and we were charged for the hospital to dispose it after we said on the first day that we ain't taking it home . Later saying they have no place to properly dispose it. Like how. Absolutely disgusting. And they charge huge amounts but give absolutely subpar service.

Terrible bedside manners from 80 percent of nurses/ cleaners.
Only about 4 nurses we encountered were professional. I am highly disappointed and won't encourage anyone to trust them with thier care.

Terrible customer service from the receptionists and nurses. I asked a lady at the pharmacy about a prescribed medication for my mother and her attitude was very unprofessional and unpleasant. A lot of trainings are needed to improve the work ethics and patient care at this hospital. Would not recommend!

Bad system setup. No itemized receipt. You're being charged for services without knowing the cost of each service. Bad customer service. Would not recommend this hospital to anyone.

Worst hospital I have ever been to. They will waste your time without proper medications and still charge outrageous amount.

West place to come for emergency especially with the night shift team...
