This Hotel was superb. For the price, being 4 Star was even better when compared to other 4Star hotels I visited. The Customer Service was on point! One of the Managers Miss Irene Samari and the head of house keeping made my visit and accommodations better than I could have expected. Thank you

Shower head was not stable. But overall the room was nice and the service was top tier

The location is perfect, secluded, but yet close to everything. The staff on the floors and in the restaurant are absolutely the best. They are so attentive to your every need. I've visited at 4 times and will definitely stay at this facility on my next visit.

Located at a plush residential area with a serene environment.
Rooms are fitted with the state of the art furniture. Everything about the place is perfect with a friendly staff right from the security officers to the manager.

Very friendly staff. They went above and beyond. I dropped my earring down the shower drain and within minutes the staff was there to completely open the bath tub and pipes to find my earrings. Lovely breakfast and roomservice. 10 out of 10. The pool was super clean and beautiful.

I was there for lunch with my boss & some other colleagues. Their services including their meals, were on point.

The only thing I didn't like was the time the food came in. They delayed us a bit.

But they apologised for keeping us waiting for that long

The place is very quiet and convenient

I stayed at the best western for 2 weeks for quarantine. Rakesh and his team made our stay very comfortable and the service was impeccable. I stayed in a standard double room which was very good size and a very comfortable bed. My last days i moved to a corner suite which was huge and fantastic the bed was very comfy. Hotel was kept to a high standard with a top menu. Absolute a hotel to recommend if you are staying in Accra
