They have poor services, their system is always slow with few tellers. I'm a frequent visitor and customer with the bank. As a matter of fact you can be let at the bank for over 2 hrs less than 15 customers waiting in a row to be served. Due to their bad services they do not have a suggestion box. They also like servicing their ATM machines as the business working and and hours as a result the machines are not available for usage. Overall Madina branch of ABSA is the worse,

Your Service is very very slow
One should not spend more than 30minutes at the bank but with Absa, you can spend 2hours just depositing which is very bad
