Excellent staff who deal with impatient, noisy and rude customers

When there are more than 3 people in line please add more ticketing agents. Wait time is ridiculous . Customers have options with the competition and are willing to pay more for better service.

This is one of the Air France KLM offices at the KIA in Accra. Is one of the best. They have a nice place to wait before it gets to your turn. Have good customer service. If you want to book your flight or pay or even change dates, you can come over to do so.

Best Airline people use.

Easy to find. It is located in a well developed and mapped area. It is located on the premises of the Kotoka International Airport. The streets are tarred and they also have a parking lot for their customers

This is second time I am visiting this office. All staffs are very supportive in all respect. Over all, nice experience 👍👍

My favorite airline. They invest considerably into technology and customer experience and it shows.

Downside is this office doesn’t open on weekends. Then again, that’s why they invested into online and mobile apps...
