I recently visited Nubuke Foundation with a group of friends for a unique outdoor movie night, and the experience left us absolutely delighted! While Nubuke Foundation is primarily known as an art gallery, their outdoor movie event was a refreshing and enjoyable twist.

The ambiance at Nubuke Foundation is simply magical. The outdoor setting, surrounded by lush greenery and the subtle glow of artistic installations, created a cozy and intimate atmosphere. It felt like we were transported to a different world right in the heart of the city.

The selection of the movie was fantastic, and the quality of the screening exceeded our expectations. The organizers did a commendable job in ensuring everyone had a clear view and comfortable seating. We were provided with blankets and cushions, adding a touch of coziness to the overall experience.

What stood out the most was the attention to detail. From the friendly and accommodating staff to the thoughtfully curated snack options, Nubuke Foundation went above and beyond to make sure every visitor had a memorable time.

Whether you're an art enthusiast or simply looking for a unique and enjoyable evening with friends, Nubuke Foundation's outdoor movie events are a must-try. I highly recommend checking their calendar for upcoming events – it's a perfect blend of culture, entertainment, and nature.

A big thank you to Nubuke Foundation for providing such a wonderful and enchanting movie night experience. We'll definitely be back for more cultural delights!

A great arts and cultural hub within the heart of the city. There is always something interesting going on there. It's also a quiet retreat within the city to take a moment to slow down and take a break.

Had en enjoyable time.
Lovely place to relax and take in art and nature. They had a sitting area, but I wish they had a drink lounge or a snack bar. The Security man was really courteous and assisted us on how to best enjoy the facility. Looking forward to other exhibitions there

Found it difficult leaving the building once I saw the art pieces, very beautiful exhibition. I love the building and how welcoming the workers are. Got there late so I didn’t get enough time to tour the place like I wanted but I’m definitely coming back here.

One of the well known Art Gallery in Ghana. Situated in East Legon (a prime residential area in Accra), it is open to public viewing and free entry.

The building structure itself is a work of art. Everyone around was super friendly. It has an open air restaurant and a lounge for reading books.

There is also a gift shop full of art works and souvenirs. Easy to locate and definitely worth visiting. The foundation shows works of artists around the world while promoting indigenous talent.

A lovely place for some quiet time.

Nubuke is such a breathe of fresh air , tucked away in east legon area of Accra, Ghana.

The architecture here is unique and stunning, I love that they didn’t paint some of the buildings and left them in their raw and natural state, a work of art.

There’s an open space which is serene and calm for people who want to just chill in nature, the cowery installation in the open space is also beautiful.

They sell merchandise as well. Lovely art collections too. Love it here

Literally my happy place in Accra!
Amazing construction! The garden has this peaceful atmosphere that makes you want to spend days there.
The inside of the building is well thought, and the exhibitions that the location holds are always beautifully interesting.

A marvelous gallery from the flowers at the front door (where someone intentionally put the hand washing set up), to finishing your viewing of the artwork at a window opening to a gracious field across the driveway.
I had not gone to this gallery before since coming to Ghana but was invited by one of my graduates who is showing from July through October 2020. The space is non obtrusive so it does not interfere with the artwork but allows it much to be the center of the viewer's attention. I went this first time for the exhibit "Untitled" but I will surely go again. Visit their gift shop too!

Fantastic plans for the new building by talented architects. I had a brilliant tour of the old and new facilities to hear all about the trust and it's future plans which are impressive. This is a promising venue for visual arts: photography, sculpture, fine arts, painting, printing etc with stunning gallery spaces emerging. I love the artists residency spaces being created and the digital archives. The staff where informative highly experienced curators with world class experience from UK contemporary arts gallery/ museums dedicated to making the centre work and they'll put this place on the map with an obvious eye for talent and duration standards. Watch this space it will 've a cultural gem for Accra, Ghana.

Nubuke is a house of art and creativity. I love attending their exhibition and events. The architecture of their new building is also breathtaking. The natural light, natural air, rustic look, all add into the beauty of the environment.
