Very cool

Google maps took me to nowhere on Patrice Lumumba Street close to Congress Hotel. I later on use the Atlantic Towers, Airport

I wasted good 30mins driving in circles trying to find this place! The Google Maps location is no where close to the actual place and they haven’t bothered to fix it. The place is behind Marina Mall at Airport, same building as OmniBSIC. No phone number to call, multiple VFS locations on the map across the city making it more difficult to identify which one processes the different visas. Such a mess!

Horrible service, if I could give these guys zero 0000 stars , I would not hesitate in a heartbeat. Poor service, they have zero clue what they are doing, you can't use the online booking system, clunky and not ideal, always popping errors, which make no sense, like " thank you for booking, we will get back to you in 5 hours etc.... ", when in fact you are NOT done with the booking procedure. I will pick this issue up with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Accra, because no Dutch resident in Holland will accept this poor behavior. I guess they, VFS global are siting in Dubai (their HQ) and just raking in money $$$ with no consequence. POOR, POOR, POOR service.

Vfs is full of nonsense. I requested for a refund of 9 people and more than 1 month now they hasn't paid the money. I kept calling them but they've doe nothing about it

Very poor service. Communication between them and costumers is so bad.

Bad Service and Monopoly mind set.

Service désastreux le delais d'obtention de rendez-vous pour les légalisation sont trop long ( il faut compter au minimum 6 mois). Très Peut d'information sur le site. Malheureusement que c'est eux seul qui ont le monopole.
Évitez de passer par eux trouver d'autres moyens. Vos dossiers risquent de moisir
