The store is very spacious and luxurious. There's a Vida E' Cafe on the premises.

Items are pricely but topnotch quality; you get value for cash.

Customer service is averagely good but could be improved upon. Their staff are well-groomed.

I enjoyed their tricycle, which is for shuttling purposes and our rider was very polite and professional.

We got discount on the Christmas decorations we bought.

It was a good experience altogether.

Very nice place with a wide variety of products from different brands. Neat washroom. I noticed that the signage were just a few and you wld have to be asking for directions. I think a they have to work on that.

It's like IKEA, but more tasteful and much better quality. However, it is pricey.

Orca would be considered pricey in Europe (€3-7,000 sofas and beds) and so the prices are super expensive for Accra.
There are periodic promotions and sales.

This is an all office showroom with very nice modern furniture. You can set up a complete office at a goal from there. Even though the prices are a bit high they give you a great discount anytime you purchase and that leaves you a happy customer. I believe the quality of the goods are of high standard as well as they actually look it. Great and patient staff who will take their time to get you what you want leaving you a satisfied customer.

This definitely the place to find the widest variety and best quality furniture in Accra. U can find very good quality home, kitchen, bed and bath items as well. The store attendants were very nice and quite helpful. Definitely my best furniture buying experience. Oh and the store generally is really well planned and organized.
