I went to body basics for a massage. The price was pretty good as compared to other places in Accra. Staff were quite friendly. They offer walk-in services as well which is pretty nice.

Reception was okay.
Was here to make an enquiry.

I did sign up.. it's a good gym I must say. The instructors are very helpful and offer lots of assistance and advice.
They also have personal trainers to help achieve fitness goals.
They've got lots of equipment too.

I experienced one of the worst customer service just making an enquiry about how to register. Probably prejudiced by how I was dressed the front-desk person gave me a very cold and nonchalant attitude in response to me just asking about membership. She topped it when I asked for an invoice for an annual membership registration. In her words, “we don’t do invoice here, call this number and they would explain to you what to do” (handing me a leaflet, which I obviously didn’t take). Her colleague seeing the situation came quickly to explain that this very arrogant girl was new and didn’t know what an invoice is. She then also admitted she didn’t know what an invoice was...hmmmm...I just walked out...and there goes my custom. Not coming back again...tried to call some numbers I saw but no one responded, so I decided to come here to empty out my experience.
