Kempinski Hotel Gold Coast City Accra

I did not stay at the hotel. I enjoyed dinner at Papillon this evening, Feb. 6, 2024. Our waitress, Lydia, was AMAZING and very pleasant. A beautiful young lady. Mavis was wonderful as well. Food was excellent. 5 stars for service. Should I visit Accra again, I will dine here. I will recommend to my family and friends who visit from the United States.

I had my hair braided by Rachael. I can honestly say that she did an exceptionally wonderful job on my hair. Her personality was warm and inviting. She took her time and showed that she cared about her client and was willing to please me. I will truly come back again. I forgot to mention the shampoo and her messaging my head put the icing on the cake. A true blessing!!!

Kempinski was a beautiful experience honestly. It felt like they thought about everything.
Before coming in, they sent us a link for a survey to understand our preferences and confirm dates.
We stayed in a deluxe room with a view of the pool.
Everything, from the warm reception by Emilia at the check-in counter, to the rooms to breakfast was lovely.

It's incredible how much work they've put into the artistry of their common spaces.
The bathroom is always a key space for me, and this checked all the boxes. Well cleaned, beautifully lit and comfortable.
Speaking of comfort, their beds felt like clouds. The pillows- oh my days! And the room is regulated by a central air conditioning unit.

The spa felt almost spiritual, walking through the rows of curtains as though I was approaching the altar to willingly be sacrificed.

Kempinski set the bar high for a luxury stay and so I imagine that my bad experience might have been magnified by their standard, which is why I'll leave it. But all in all, an 88/100.

I had a lovely stay here, and made the most of the spa and leisure facilities. I had a pedicure with Jennifer which was very good and thorough, and the jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were lovely too. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, although found the price of the dinner buffet a bit on the expensive side, so opted to eat outside the hotel. All in all I think this is a great hotel, and the staff are very hard working an accommodating, and my only real disappointment was having to chase up drinks orders at the pool because they took too long to deliver. This wasn't a problem though. Would happily stay here again.

Can totally recommend this hotel. It’s 5* luxury with amazing friendly staff. I come here every month for work and I always look forward to every trip. Ivan at the bar is so lovely. Emanuel and Mavis at the breakfast are also very lovely. This is the best hotel.

I had an excellent experience at the Kempinski Hotel dinning. The staff, Mr. Thompson, Ruby and Edward went up and above during my family and I dining experience. They even went and got us ice cream when we mentioned it as it was not on the menu that evening. The staff were very attentive and accommodating. They had a wide variety of food options and the food was very tasty.

Food was amazing at the buffet! Benedicta was our waitress and offered amazing service. We didn’t miss anything and it felt like a fresh of breath air to receive this high quality service. The hostess mavis was extremely helpful, kind and made us feel at home. Thank you for the amazing experience, I’ll be back!

During my visit to the spa and pool, I was impressed by the immaculate upkeep, contributing to an overall sense of luxury and relaxation. Kempinski Accra has truly set a benchmark for hospitality.

If there were 10 ⭐ allowed. This would be the place to drop them. After doing humanitarian work out in the villages, this was the perfect place to come and rejuvenate before going home. Long hot showers in the luxurious room, the buffet of all buffets on Sunday. A personal training session at the gym. And then laying out by the pool🤍 This place is what dreams are made of✨

My friends threw a surprise birthday party for me over there and I must it was a best choice they made!

Sunday live music was good! Food was superb …. We met amazing people like Ashley who ushered me in …. Belinda , Edward , and the entire kitchen team rendered an awesome service! Chefs were engaging, making sure everything was okay and oh! Shout out to the team who sung happy birthday for me☺ your energy was something else!🤭 definitely coming back!

The spa at the Kempinski Hotel is amazing, I had a full set of Acrylic nails and a pedicure with Jennifer and its the best nails I've ever had. Jennifer was so lovely and took so much care to make sure my nails were perfect and the pedicure was so relaxing and made my feet feel brand new! I really can't wait to come back as soon as possible. Thank you so much Jennifer :)

A truly wonderful experience made mostly by the incredibly friendly and professional staff throughout the hotel. The restaurant staff were brilliant, especially Miriam who was super professional and attentive, and Emmanuel, Grace and Mavis as hostess.

The 6th floor executive club was a great way to enjoy a relaxed environment for work and pleasure and Dennis, Gertrude, Erica, Lorraine and Esther were always able to solve any problem with nothing being too much for them.

I was made to feel like part of the family rather than just a guest. A very memorable experience.

Ancillary or support services are readily available for that great and holistic conference experience.
Coffee break and snack options are great. Better still, breakfast, lunch, and supper at the restaurants if part of the conference package can be delightful experiences.
Last but no means the least, a stay in the rooms is refreshing and rejuvenating. A cool and comfortable rest to reset anyone even after a long and packed day.

My first time coming to the restaurant and everything is top notch! The food and service is truly 5-star. Seid, Mavis, Thompson and Lydia are really nice people. Loved every second here!

Dinner at Kempemski was fabulous! Our server, Fort, was absolutely wonderful. His customer service, and attentiveness was impeccable. Food was delicious! The hostess, Ruby, was also extremely nice and accommodating. #1 place to dine in Accra!

I always enjoy my stay at the Kempinski hotel. Issac always delivers my room service with a smile on his face. It truly warms up my day. I love the gym, pool, spa, and the customer service that I receive from everyone.
