Was able to purchase land here for a reasonable price.
Edit: I put down a deposit for a "Seaview" land. They don't let you see the land till you pay money. The land was not Seaview so I asked for my money back because the contract stated as clear as day that if there's a beach of contract on their part, they can rectify it or give you a refund. Their idea of rectifying it is for me to keep paying them money until they have an actual Seaview property that they can sell to me for 5 times the cost of the land they were trying to give me. And they have no idea when they would be able to obtain that land and they refused to give me a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
