What a useless facility. I went there on Sunday at 1pm and I was told by an employee that they don’t work on Sundays, even though they have posted that it’s open and closes at 2pm.

How biased can ECG be to provide uninterrupted power supply to certain individuals living in the same neighborhood at Bubiashie and North Kaneshie whiles the others suffer unfairly from unending power outages leading to their gadgets being ruined and fear of their homes going in flames because of fire sparks as a result of high voltages and so called unresolved problems. And as unfortunate as it can be, this is happening right now in the neighborhoods mentioned

Don’t no how the light out issue is done but they fond of giving light out to fadama darkuman and some parts of lapaz each time they get chance

Infact, They render poor service to their costumers especially, when one applied for amr meter it will take you a month and beyond before the meter will be installed.
